Beautiful views from the patio and great service. Atmosphere and service were definitely 5s. Food was all over the place. The Chile gueritos for $15 seemed overpriced. The order comes with 2.5 peppers, and many of the pepper halves were tiny. The taste was good. My Flatbread was amazing. The crust was very tasty, and the pesto-like sauce with wild mushrooms was flavorful. My husband’s fish and chips included an overabundance of fries, and the fish was soggy on one side. We will give Drifts another try.

Had a lovely dinner at Drift. We sat on the front patio and had a perfect view of the sunset over the lake. Drinks were excellent and entrees were even better. The salmon was a big hit at our table! Definitely will be back in the future!

What a treasure find. Recommended to me by Lani and have heard nothing but amazing things about Josh the owner. My server, Maddie, was very attentive and super awesome taking my order and checking in to see how the food and drink was.. Definitely recommend their sunset sangria for your drink of choice, even on a cool fall day. The views from inside and our were better than imagined. I’ll be back to try all sorts of food and drink from their menus.

Used to be a great spot with impressive views of the lake and good food. Has been closed now for awhile every time we stop by. Has it gone out of business? Will it reopen? The owners it management should provide the public with some updated information.

Last night I ate at Drift Lakeside Kitchen in Hope, Idaho.
Their Fish & Chips was the best I’ve ever had.
Such a lite crunchy coating leaving the attention to the white flaky fish inside. Then crispy parmesan fries were terrific.
Congrats to this new restaurant and I will be back for more !

We waited a long time for our table but the views were lovely. If you come when the weather is nice, the deck is gorgeous, right on the lake, with mountain views.
Our food took an incredibly long time even though there were very few other customers. Portion sizes were very generous. Everything was quite salty but otherwise good.
The restaurant is in a building behind the convenience store and easy to miss if you don’t know where to look.

I was excited to dine here given the glowing reviews. Unfortunately, the only thing we enjoyed was the drinks. My wife got the rockfish, which she was enjoying, until she found a hair in the risotto. I ordered the Bison burger with a side Caesar salad. The salad was pretty good, but the burger I ordered medium well was closer to medium rare. They took the burger back to the kitchen, and I assume they threw it in the microwave as it was at least warmer but still wasn’t cooked in the middle. Overall, it was very disappointing. At least the view of the lake on the patio was nice!

I would give 6 stars if I could, the service? Above and beyond. The food? Genuinely delectable. Everything about this place is amazing. I recommend everyone visit and give it a try.
