Drift is a local, independent cafe serving premium coffee and brunch, built by people who love good coffee and food. Our team has been inspired by cafes all over the world. Founders Michael and Ben Powell grew up surfing competitively and traveling the world. Throughout these surfing adventures, a desire for coffee formed. We serve things that we enjoy consuming – items that are minimally processed, nutritious, fun and flavorful. Some of which have attachment to traditions of diverse cultures. They are made in-house from clean ingredients, prepared fresh each time you order. Our premium coffee comes from Ceremony Coffee Roasters, a specialty roaster. We use local ingredients when we can. Their burritos are pretty fire, I really like that they griddle the outside of the tortilla. The coffee isn’t half bad either and taste better than some small buisness coffee shops I’ve had. I personally don’t think its as good as starbucks, but it’s still worth a visit. The place is really cool looking too, I just wish there was more seating.

I am in town for a short weekend and walked over to this coffeehouse. I had the best dirty chai latte of my fall season and a veggie burrito. As a vegetarian it’s so nice to go to a place with options for me. If you’re in town you have to stop here.

Stopped in for a coffee. They were busy but worked through the line quickly with great service! Tried their brown butter iced cappuccino. It was delicious, loved the cold foam! I didn’t try any of the food, but the menu does have some good options.

My daughter and I came a few weeks ago and it was too busy to order. We came back and the changes they made were so beneficial . We walked in and ordered and the wait time was minimal. Amazing service and calming atmosphere!!!

This was an absolutely amazing experience, although it can be pricey it is sooooooo worth it. Emma and Lilly was amazing and whole staff were very helpful and interactive. The coffee only gave me one trip to the toilet, 10/10 experience.
