Five star brunch spot on Wrightsville Beach. The cappuccino and scrambled egg toast with smoky roasted mushrooms and parmesan were superb! Service by Mari was excellent. Check the menu attached — lots to choose from… Indoor or outdoor (covered) dining. Just over the bridge ON the Wrightsville Beach side. Free parking.

We arrived around 8:15 am and were seated right away, there were four in our party. We ordered breakfast from our friendly waitress plus a smoothie and ice coffee, both were good albeit served in very small glasses given their cost. I ordered the Pulled Pork Benny, the pork was dry and lukewarm, what saved the meal were the two perfectly poached eggs and the sauce on top. Roasted potatoes were seasoned well and crispy but again, just lukewarm. Everyone in our party agreed the food was tasty but not served warm enough.

Good breakfast place in Wrightsville. Service was helpful and fast. Food is fresh and full of flavor. Nice interesting combinations, but plenty of standard fare as well. A nice place for families.

Oh my gosh, I’m not sure I can say in words how much I enjoyed this place. The service, food, atmosphere, and location were just perfect! The coffee was delicious too! I’m a huge fan of this place and I’d come here allllll the time if I lived closer. It will always be a must stop with any trip to Wrightsville Beach!

The coffee, location and service is really good. The food product they use is good but the execution for me is not good enough for the price but its worth trying. Location is a historic WB building that Causeway cafe use to be in.

The most delicious food I’ve had in NC since moving here four years ago. The atmosphere is so cute, parking was easy as well. I had the Drift Big Brekkie and I like how they labeled everything on the menu. The cold brew white russian was amazing too! Worth the wait and price.

The atmosphere is exactly what you want in a place to eat. The service is amazing. But the food was the downfall. I had the fried chicken sandwich and I think it had the chance to be really good but the main drawback is the fryer oil. I started eating this sandwich and noticed the breading had this horrible taste to it. It’s crunchy and it’s good but the breading collected some of this fryer oil taste that almost reminded me of old dirty fryer oil that hasn’t been changed. It’s a taste in the food industry you won’t forget. I feel like had I gotten the grilled sandwich and avoided the terrible breading taste this place would be a 10/10. But otherwise I’d give this place another try in hopes that it’s just dirty fryer oil plaguing the food and masking the taste. The server we had did end up asking us how the food was because my friend got the same thing and didn’t eat more than 2 bites of it. And we nicely explained what we thought and he ended up taking half off the sandwiches we got which is extremely nice and definitely going above and beyond. So I can’t fault the restaurant to much and I can say they do care a lot about customer satisfaction. Overall I’d definitely come back and try some other menu items.
