I’ve had the pizza a few times and I keep trying to give it a chance. The neighboring Pizza shops are better. I purchase pizza and it was burnt. My kid had one slice and didn’t finish it. On the flip side, the people are always nice and polite.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any restaurant. I paid for delivery and tipped, and my order still arrived missing an item I paid for. When I called, they promised it would be delivered within two hours. It never showed up.
The next day, instead of correcting their mistake, the manager spoke to me with rudeness, hostility, and zero professionalism. He told me to “come pick it up myself,” even though I had already paid for delivery. That alone shows how little they care about customers or basic honesty.
This business charged me for something I never received, refused to fix it, and treated me like I was the problem for asking for what I paid for.
Because of their behavior, I have filed a police report and contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge.
Let me be clear: you’re not going to get away with this. When a business takes money, refuses to provide what was paid for, and then acts aggressively toward the customer, there are consequences.
After seeing how they operate and reading other reviews, it’s obvious this is not an isolated incident. There is a pattern of carelessness, disrespect, and complete lack of accountability.
I strongly warn anyone considering ordering from this place: don’t do it. Save your money and your time. There are plenty of restaurants that actually value their customers — this one clearly does not.
*Look out for the police, because you **will** be hearing from them, as well as from my credit card company. The entire charge is being disputed because of how this situation was handled. I’m now getting every cent back — something that could have been completely avoided if you had simply delivered the item I paid for. Instead, you chose to ignore me, refuse to fix your mistake, and speak to me with disrespect. This is the result of your own actions, and now you have to pay it backlol. So long)

Awful food….AWFUL PEOPLE in that awful so called food place…I ordered chicken wings. They were very expensive. $16.00 for 10 wings. I ordered them dry. I don’t like sauce on my wings. I also asked if they were big….She said they were..So…..I get them chicken wings……i open the box….I see 10 SMALL chicken wings. They were SOOOOOOO dry..I could not chew them. I called to let them know I was very unhappy with the wings. The lady just yelled and yelled. So if you want good wings and pizza….DON”T SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT DREXEL HILL PIZZA AND GRILL! I called the place this morning and got no where. Just an ear full of your not getting your money back. She just Yelled and handed the phone to a man who was just as disrespectful as her. My husband even tried to reason with him only to have my husband disrespected. Oh yes…the pizza was oily and not so good. They even called the police. I got a call from an officer. I support local businesses in my area. This place is off my list. The wings you dont see…are the ones I tried to eat.

Ordered a Stromboli and they gave me a pizza turnover, the girl argues with me that it’s a Stromboli, when it’s clearly a pizza turnover that I would have never ordered. A Stromboli and pizza turnover aren’t even close. Wouldn’t fix or issue refund. Don’t sell this as a Stromboli it is not!

Drexel Hill Pizza is amazing. I hate even calling it a pizza place because they have such good salads. I ordered from their twice a week. I’m not even kidding you. They are so sweet everyone from the girls who answer the phone to the owners. The delivery drivers are so friendly. I seriously love this place. Their cheesecakes are good. Their gyros are good. They’re entrées are good. Their pizza is very good french fries. Amazing. I absolutely think this is the best place to eat in Drexel Hill.
