Loved the inclusive vibe and atmosphere. The sign on the door outside tells you it’s going to be a safe space for you and your neighbors. The bartenders are friendly, attentive, and highly skilled. Ask about their mocktails that are off menu if you’re in the mood for something refreshing at the end of the night. All of the drinks I saw come out were gorgeous and delicious. If you’re going on the weekend, things seemed to slow down after 9:00 pm, so keep that in mind if you’re looking for a time to go when you won’t have as much of a wait. 10/10, no notes, definitely go!

The first night I wandered in to Drastic Measures, I couldn’t believe I was in Shawnee, with the moody, yet somehow still easy going vibes (truly flawless). After trying the Kill Bill, I kept saying to my friend, “I can’t believe a bar of this caliber is HERE right in my hometown!”
They always have something new in the works, so it’s easy to find an excuse for another return visit. The whole staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and will take the time to help you choose a cocktail that suits your personal tastes. The drinks are never boring, and I love the “give-back” philosophy of the owners as they often have events where sales are donated to local non-profits.

Drastic Measures is a spectacular bar with a captivating speakeasy vibe. The entrance with an old-fashioned knock on the door if the light is green is a charming touch that sets the tone for a memorable experience. Inside, the dim lighting creates an intimate atmosphere that makes you forget about the outside world. The service throughout the visit was impeccable and made me feel like a valued guest. But the true standout at Drastic Measures is the creative and delicious drink menu. The mixologists have created fantastic cocktails that I’ve never tasted before. My personal favorite was the “College dropout,” which tasted like a perfect mix of spices and alcohol. If you’re looking for a sophisticated and enjoyable night out, Drastic Measures should be at the top of your list.

Stopped by on Saturday evening and was seated immediately. They have comfy seating and a great atmosphere. Our server checked on us several times and both of the drinks that I ordered came out super fast and were very tasty. Definitely check this place out if you are in the area.
