If your ever within 100 miles of D’railed, you need to make your way here! Having found myself diverted from Jackson Hole to SLC, I decided to drive to get back to friends and family, and ended up driving through Idaho Falls. A buddy recommended I stop by here, and he couldn’t be any more right. From the service to the quality of the food, (especially the proteins) to the vibe 10’s across the board! The bananas foster ended the night in the best way. Kudos to Chef Jay and staff!! We’ll be back!!

This place is absolutely spectacular! The best steak I’ve had, not only in Idaho Falls, but in all of Idaho! The A5 Japanese Wagyu beef is incredibly delicious! Many potato dishes are great too and some great bananas foster. It is a small restaurant, so make sure to get a reservation. Cute and atmospheric dining room. Definitely expensive, but well worth it.

I went on 12/06/25, I was invited by some new friends of ours. I was glad we went because the place was wonderful. Great service the staff was very friendly, kind and caring. Don’t even get me started on the food, oh my goodness it was phenomenal. It was probably some of the best food I’ve had in a long time. The steak was so delicious, melt in your mouth tender. All the appetizers and sides were amazing. I got to meet the owner and his wife, I will tell you their some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Thank you for having a wonderful restaurant and we will definitely be coming back.

I must say I was a bit skeptical at first due to the looks of the building on the outside, but my mind was quickly changed as soon as we stepped inside, the ambiance was amazing and comforting. We were quick greeted and sat by one of the hostesses there. Our waitress Lyn was just an absolute gem, making jokes with us and making sure we were take care of throughout our dinner! The brisket burnt ends were amazing as well as the lamp lollipops!! Main course was the Australian Wagyu Ribeye and, it was just to die for!!! Drinks were absolutely amazing as well. During our meal the owner/chef Jay come out and greeted us, that was the icing on the cake! Kudos to his 3 cooks in the back!! Definitely a 10/10 experience!! Looking forward to dinning there soon!… PS: expect to spend a little money there BUT absolutely worth it!!

D’Railed delivered hands down the best meal I have ever had. From the very first sip of a delicious beverage to an unbelievable appetizer, every course just kept getting better. Dinner was the A5 Wagyu, and it was absolutely incredible—perfectly prepared and paired with the most amazing sides. We somehow still made room for dessert and chose the brownie to split, which was the perfect ending to an unforgettable meal.

The service was just as outstanding as the food—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. If you’re looking for the best dinner of your life, D’Railed is the place you need to stop. Highly recommend!

This place is truly a gem. We have been traveling and stopped in Idaho Falls. Our daughter picked this place. Our waitress Lyn was amazing! The food is fine dining and the atmosphere was great! Chef Jay made delicious food for our entire table! Our daughter is a Celiac and we were impressed that she was able to have so many options from drinks to dessert! We would for sure be regulars if we lived closer. Thank you to the staff and Chef for an amazing experience!

Food was amazing! Highly recommend the lamb lollipop appetizer! The crab and filet were amazing as well. Only issue is that they sat us at a table right by the front door and it was freezing (we did have a reservation). We did asked to be moved but they didn’t have any space. I understand not being able to move tables but that seat shouldn’t even exist since we had to eat in our winter coats. it was definitely a downer on the experience

Beyond impressed. We’ve traveled all across the Country & this is probably the best meal we’ve ever had. It’s worth every penny. If you’re not willing to pay for above average quality, an exceptional meal, & top notch service- then this isn’t the spot for you. We’ll return every single time we pass through Idaho Falls and will probably make a special trip just to enjoy this experience again. The Owner is also a gem. Thanks so much for a meal & experience we’ll never forget .

This is the best restaurant in Idaho Falls! Had a phenomenal experience for Valentines day.

Was able to get a reservation by calling far in advance for Valentine’s Day. We arrived at 7:30 on a Sunday and were greeted by a very friendly waitress and seated within minutes. The interior is very cozy, not a giant place by any means. We really enjoyed the decor, the lighting, and general vibe as soon as we walked in.

Ordered a perfectly made Old-fashioned that was promptly delivered to the table. For appetizers, we ordered the ahi-tuna and stuffed mushrooms. This is where the fun really began. The Tuna was perfectly seared and seasoned. The chef took the time to bring out real Wasabi and grind it on a shark-skin grater to accompany the Tuna. I have never tried real Wasabi before this and it blew me away how superior it was to the normal imitation Wasabi served everywhere in the US. It’s worth visiting this restaurant just to experience real imported Japanese Wasabi. The stuffed mushrooms were also delicious.

Moving on to the mains, we ordered the Chilean Sea Bass and the Ribeye Cap. Just can’t emphasize enough how well cooked and seasoned they were. The chef is obviously highly skilled. Delicious delicious. Struck up a great conversation with the chef and he explained the process of how he was able to obtain genuine Kobe and Wagyu beef that is never frozen. It was fascinating to see the pride and care he takes to share a great experience with his patrons.

Ordered the brownie dessert to split and it was a perfect end to the meal. A rose was also put on our table for Valentines day, which was a nice touch.

This was our first time visiting this establishment and the chef kindly let us try the
Wagyu beef. Utterly amazing and⁸ different from any steak I’ve had. Please do yourself a favor and check this spot out. The quality of food, the great service, and the obvious passion towards dining isn’t matched anywhere close by. We cant wait to visit again
