A recent dine-in experience at Dragon’s Inn Restaurant was most impressive as food was authentic, piping hot, large servings, fast service and absolutely delicious! We started with a large bowl of Hot & Sour Soup (we were able to request the spice level) and WOW….did they nail it! Perfect on a cold, winter’s day for sure. We then enjoyed a platter of Shrimp with lobster and pork in a savoury sauce along side a bed of white rice. The noodle dish in the photo was Rice Noodles with Mixed Meat and Curry and we also added in some delicious Dim Sum of Stuffed Peppers, Stuffed Eggplant, and my favourite…. Steamed BBQ Pork Buns. Service was fast and friendly and we will definitely be back! (I’ve also attached pics of the Take-Out Menu…..they’re open until 3 am on Fri/Sat, however the Dine-in Menu is much more extensive).

This was a delivery so my service rating will be based on if they followed the instructions and packaging. First of all, they followed all instructions as requested, packaging are amazing and tidy, food portions are very good and the food are delicious. I ordered the steamed pork dumplings Sui Mai, pan fried pork dumplings, hot and sour soup and beef and flat noodles with black beans sauce. I was really impressed by the hot and sour soup with all of the quality ingredients and also the noodles, it was heavy. All good. Would order again.

This is a family-friendly restaurant that I truly love. The authentic quality of the food and generous portions are impressive. I’ve tried most of their soups, and they are all delicious. I highly recommend the vegetables with shrimp; it’s a standout dish! While I’m not a big fan of the fried rice, I’ve always enjoyed their fish dishes. Overall, it’s always a pleasure to visit this restaurant!

One of a few asian restaurants open near university till 12 am. Five of us went around 10 pm and ordered 7 dishes, all were amazing. The portion sizes were huge, we couldn’t finish any meal except appetizers. Spring rolls were nice and crunchy. Most beautifully cooked shrimp I had in a while. One of the forks wasn’t cleaned properly not a big problem, we cleaned it with a tissue. If you pay in cash you’ll get 10% off. Fortune cookies are served in the end.

Dragon’s Inn has always been my “go to” Chinese place since I lived nearby about 40 years ago. The original owners were great and I am happy to see the quality is as good or better today under current ownership. Friendly staff, fair prices and excellent food are a combination that is hard to find these days but honestly this place does them all!

The decor has completely changed since the reopening. Much better atmosphere than the previous dark green red paint. The dining area just looks cleaner.
The food has been more consistent afterward as well.
My favorites are the Eggplant with minced pork, Braise pork belly with preserved veggie, Deep fried seafood trio with spicy seasoning, Sweet and sour pork, deep fried fish fillet with spicy seasoning, and deep fried soft shell crab.

Came here with a bunch of friends late in the evening. They were able to seat 11 of us, and the food came out in decent time. Food was not bad but I wouldn’t say its extraordinary. They had good portions too.

Dragons Inn Restaurant has amazing food. We appreciated the freshness and attention to detail. The hot and sour soup was absolutely fantastic, possibly the best I’ve ever had. The chicken is juicy, and it’s impossible not to enjoy. I give this establishment 5 starts.
