I had really high hopes for this restaurant, but unfortunately those hopes were completely crushed.

I ordered the butter chicken and dumplings since they were running a buy-one-get-one deal. Both dishes were incredibly confusing flavor-wise.

Let’s start with the dumplings. I’ve had many traditional dumplings before, and this was honestly a sad attempt that shouldn’t even be called a dumpling. Inside the wrapper was a large, store-bought tasting meatball. I was genuinely baffled when I picked one up and realized what it was. The sauce tasted like a strange mix of cheese sauce, oil, and peanut butter. It was honestly unpleasant. I also ordered the dish “hot,” but there was zero spice to it.

Now the butter chicken. First question: why is there cheese in butter chicken? The dish tasted overwhelmingly salty from the cheese, to the point where I couldn’t even make out any of the other flavors. I ordered this one hot as well, and again, there was absolutely no spice.

The only positive thing I can say is that the portions were large and the food arrived hot.

Overall, this was extremely disappointing. The flavors simply did not work, and the dishes felt poorly thought out. I would rate this a 1.5/10. Please retire! Spent $60 on this bs.

The food I ordered was pork ramen and BBQ-flavored fried chicken. It was so delicious that it truly made me happy, because I’ve really been missing the authentic flavors of Asian cuisine. This restaurant genuinely impressed me with how traditional and original the taste was.

I highly recommend giving it a try — you might fall in love with it just like I did. It’s a pity that tomorrow I’ll be traveling to another city.

Thank you to everyone at the restaurant for the excellent service.

Check this place out! It’s delicious, a perfect hole-in-the wall eatery that our group initially picked for something different after spending so much time in river street, and it didn’t disappoint. We ordered almost one of everything on the menu. The dumplings were cooked to perfection whether steamed or fried, the dumpling soup was creamy, light, and flavorful, the ramen was Al dente and came with all of the expected accoutrements, and the chili oil was made in house and had toasted peanuts in it which was so unexpected but awesome. In the groups opinion, the best dish was the sweet chili dumplings, followed by the dumpling soup. The best dumpling was the beef vs chicken, and all of our boba teas were good with the right texture for the boba. Ashok helped us and took excellent care of all 6 of us. Give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Very disappointed with our experience here. They didn’t have at least half of the items listed on the menu, which was frustrating. It also seems like everything is fried, and they weren’t able to accommodate substitutions, especially concerning if you have food allergies. The food we received was over-priced, burnt, and way too spicy, even though we didn’t order anything spicy.

When we decided to go to this restaurant we read reviews and looked at pictures. We were excited about the noodles dishes and fried rice. Maybe get some dumplings. When we arrived they no longer had fried rice or noodle dishes other than ramen. I ordered ramen and my fiancé ordered dumplings. These were spicy, the ramen in particular. So we asked if we could get a side of steamed rice ( they had a meal with steamed rice ). They didn’t have a side of rice option. We were hoping for an Asian restaurant with interesting fusion options (pizza and so on) but got a restaurant without an identity.

TLDR: there wasn’t a problem exactly, just wasn’t for us.

Came in from out of town late night to order. Our first time in the area. Most shops were already closed and wanted to make sure we have still time to dine in and eat. I asked the front cashier if they are still open. He said look outside the sign says open. I apologized and explained that I was just double checking. Then we went inside to ask for
menu and he said look up with an attitude. I said that I left my eye glasses and asked if they have a menu so I can see it closer. I just took a photo and zoom it. We finally got our order but with no spoons for the soup. It took a while to get the spoons. The dumpling soup is fantastic but the customer service is very disappointing.

Found by accident on the way to work and LOVED the thought of a restaurant for dumplings! Today I went and ordered with my nephew and we were blown away to find great food, friendly service, lots of menu options, and bubble tea varieties that have an amazing taste and creative toppers. It’s fairly new i think but definitely needs to be a stop on the food lovers list of permanent hot spots. EVERYTHING is flavored and authentic, freshly prepared with love and care. Simply amazing quality and surprisingly better than Chinese variations due to hand made dishes of the owner.

This was my first time in Savannah and unfortunately the soup dumplings were very disappointing. The wrapper was extremely thick and doughy, and the filling had way too much cheese compared to chicken, which made the flavor very odd. The dumplings themselves were bland and the soup inside didn’t taste good either. Overall the dish lacked balance and flavor, and I regret ordering it. I was expecting authentic soup dumplings with a delicate wrapper and savory broth, but this was far from that experience.

Not worth the hype it was pretty mid. I’m still giving it a 3 cause I’m not a huge dumpling person but my husband loves them and he also got the butter chicken bowl which he said was good. The music was all over the place and the food took forever to come out and we were the only ones there. The bathroom wasn’t very clean and was out of paper towels. They were nice there but over all experience I would say it was just ok.

Veggie peanut soup dumplings were good, and so was the brown sugar bubble tea. I felt it was overpriced though for the serving size and probably won’t be back. Very annoying music videos playing on TV.

Need to mention the other customer in front of me in line was awful. Loud, obnoxious, annoying, and harassed the poor man working there with annoying attitudes and intrusive questions. Took forever to order, causing me to wait longer than necessary. No fault of the restaurant but if atmosphere matters to you, expect this type of customer to share the room with.

Place is probably best as a grubhub or to go spot if you’re not starving and have extra money
