Nice and clean restrooms and restaurant. Recommend coming here. Every one was very nice. Definitely will come back when down here. The order taker was nice to my child when she ordered so that’s good.

Great lunch spot for a variety of flavorful and customizable noodle dishes. Easy to design a dish to suit your palette. All of the ingredients tasted fresh and high quality. Bright seating area with plenty of space and different seat configurations to suit groups or solo diners.

Great duck bao buns, very nice curry chicken noodle dish (tasted better than it looked – the curry sauce looked a little “lumpy” but it was actually really good). Homemade were nicely done. Very clean and neat inside, with plenty of seating. Order at counter and delivered to you. Not the most extensive menu but it all looked good.

Heard about the Maine lobster ramen from Chimera in Boulder long ago, but could not convince myself to drive all the way to Boulder just for a bowl of ramen. Glad they offered it at the Dragonfly Noodle in Denver (the Boulder Chimera also has since changed its name to Dragonfly Noodle). As more sections of the 16th Street was completed, could not wait to venture there to try this out. The restaurant’s setting was casual and more spacious than I expected, customers ordered from the menu on the big screen TV and paid for the order before being seated. They had a variety of ramen, pho, udon, Taiwanese style bao, poke and small plates. For me, I was determined to try the lobster ramen. The portion of lobster tail was not small. The lobster meat was buttery, flavorful and succulent. Compared to other ramen shops, the freshly made (they made their ramen in-house) ramen was the less commonly seen Hirauchimen. The noodle was chewy, filling and springy. The miso bonito broth was savory, smoky, well balanced but not heavy, and brought out sweet and delicate flavor of the lobster with a hint of spiciness. Overall very satisfying. Dragonfly Noodle is near Market and 16th Street.

I ordered the Black Tonkotsu ramen and the only thing that disappointed me was that I didn’t add an egg (a long day of travel has left me dumb.) the ramen is delicious ans soothes my ramen-loving soul. Chef recommended Kikusui Junmai Ginjo sake was worth the price of the bottle. Love that this place is in walking distance of my hotel – maybe I’ll come back and try apps before I head home. And why are the mushrooms so GOOD?

I’ve been here a few times and have always been very impressed with whatever I’ve ordered. I just walked out of there after trying their Taiwan Beef Noodle Soup – a recent addition to the menu – and wow! I really enjoyed this dish when I lived in the SF Bay area and am happy to now have a place in Denver where I can get some that reminds me of the best I used to have in California

This place has some very tasty Asian dishes. It’s a bit rare to find Singaporean Noodles around downtown so that was a welcome sight. And the Black Tonkotsu was really tasty with rich flavorful broth and large pieces of wood ear.

I was surprised to find the place relatively empty on a Friday night, perhaps it’s due to the ongoing construction along 16th street that’s obstructing guests from finding it?

No less, happy to see this restaurant here in the heart of Denver, at very reasonable prices. I will be back.
