I had to take a minute to gather my thoughts on this one. And this is the best I have. It’s been a long time since I’ve given such a low rating. Especially since I’ve ordered takout here before and haven’t had any concerns. However, my first time dining in was horrendous. We practically rushed out of the place. The 1.5 star is for the crab rangoon and melonball cocktails – as I think it’s fair to note. I am still wonder if that’s even too high a score.
I’ve wanted to dine-in for some time now and saddened to report that the robot is broken and has been out of service for some time apparently.
But let me start by saying that, I will not be returning here. Went for lunch, so it was a little slow. We sat quickly, but waited roughly 10 minutes to be acknowledged. Maybe that was a sign to leave..lol. Started with appetizers and drinks. Ordered (2) Melonballs, Crab rangoon and Toasted Scallop Philadelphia roll. The cocktail and crab rangoon were tasty, but the Philadelphia roll was cream cheese goop on god knows what – just a mess without culinary direction. It seems like not soon after we started to eat, we were swarmed by fruit flies. I mean swatting flies from left to right. We tried to keep cool, but a couple of minutes in, the situation was not getting better. Absolutely disgusting. It was time to go. We asked for the check and left immediately.
This is a huge sanitation issue. To have so many fruit flies in a restaurant is astounding. I don’t even want to think about that kitchen after this.
Management, do something. Two thumbs way down.

I won’t invalidate anyone’s experience but my experience was exceptional.
I dined alone, Friday around 3pm so it was a bit empty. Ordered the fried dumplings and the Dragonsfish Roll. Amazing!!! The dumpling filling was so juicy and the dipping sauce stole the show. The roll was so large, I could only eat 3- 2 comfortably, the 3rd was forced lol. The waitress who was also the bartender was super attentive. The man that was at the front, seating was a bit rude and gave off that he had better places to be. Overall, I highly recommend and will come back with my family.

I really don’t understand the negative reviews. Being from California, I am used to the best of the best when it comes to combining sushi with anything but I have never ever had a burger at a sushi place. I ordered the briscuit burger with firefly seasoning and OMG! I ate some sushi as well and I have nothing else to say but delicious. You should definitely try this place out. Even the service was second to none. Roberto helped my partner and I on a Friday and I can’t give him enough props. Thank you for a great dining experience!

I like how it looks inside and outside, it is very calm and the service is good. I was surprised at the prices from the menu, they were decent, the server was coming back to refill my drink. The only thing that I didn’t like was the men’s restroom it had this awful smell, this was on a Monday at 8:30 pm the place was not pact at all, so they had plenty of time to clean up and fix it. That is my only complaint, overall the food had a good taste the price is good, so I’ll give this place a 4.3

A friend of mine wanted to meet up so this is the spot we met. I have been here many times but this is my first review. When I arrived I was greeted and I told the hostess I was meeting someone. She knew exactly who and told me where he was. I went out through the hibachi room, where people were sitting, to the outdoor dining and found my friend. The waitress came over and greeted us and took our orders. I didn’t eat but I did get wine. He ordered food and it looked good. My wine wasn’t bad at all. My friend told me the shrimp tempora wasn’t good but everything else was tasty. The waitress was very nice, she took off the shrimp tempora that he didn’t like. All in all we had a good experience.

Terrible place by all means. I ordered a roll and specified no avocado…no avocado came, but in return it was stuffed with cucumber (which is not on the menu) and which I hate. Same with my wife’s, menu said nothing of cucumber and was stuffed with even more cucumber that mine. My wife’s roll included nothing crunchy yet had a suspicious crunchy texture. We ordered through Uber Eats and the food got to us completely cold (and it wasn’t a long time waiting, it was 18 minutes from restaurant to our room). The texture and flavor were disgusting. My son ordered tempura shrimp, which were awful and mushy both in the batter and the shrimp itself. And, to top it all off, these three nightmare dishes were FORTY-EIGHT dollars. Had to throw all the food away for the first time in my life. Thank God I ordered through Uber Eats and they gave me a complete rip-off so, unless you want to over-pay for disgusting food, don’t order from Dragonfly. The only reason this review has 1 star instead of zero stars is because I need at least 1 to write it.

Great mix of Mongolian barbecue, sushi & other Asian dishes including fusion food. Although there are hibachi tables, they do not have live cooking. Yet your cooked food will be brought to your table, a very abundance amount too. I gave it a 4⭐ because we waited close to 15minutes for our check (we had already finished eating), another 5 for server to get our payment that we ended up walking to the register instead. We were fulfilled and didn’t get to try the delish looking ice cream smoothies. Next time, definitely, I’ll be back for food, appetizer, and smoothie. Thank you for the great food. Best, Rosa

Hands down my favorite is the Sweet Thai chili Wings; they are always on point. We had the shrimp fried rice which was less than par; long gone are the days when establishments actually fry the fried rice; my favorite part was the shrimp in the fried rice; they were cooked perfectly & just the right size. As for the Shrimp Lo Mein, it was just alright, there was something a little off about it. I didn’t care for the Shrimp Tempura at all, because it lacked flavor. Now let’s talk about the customer service, I would give that 1 star; while the Server appeared to be nice, he was extremely unattentive. Every time our server would come to our table he would start talking to someone else or they would start talking to him in the middle of us asking a question or giving our orders; it was as if we were disturbing him. I haven’t gone to Dragonfly since pre COVID, I’ve only ordered takeout, which has always been fabulous. While we loved our Strawberry Lemonade Cocktail, we partially liked our food, yet again my wings were the best part of the entire meal; however unfortunately the customer service was less than satisfactory. I would go back to Dragonfly, but I would stick to what I know works, such as the Sweet Thai chili Wings, the Voidoo Shrimp, the Voodoo Fries and that’s it for me.

I have only picked up food twice from Dragonfly and always satisfied the Hibachi Chicken dinner and shrimp fried rice were both delicious. I did get their Voodoo Wings and wanted more lol. Also the gelato frappe butter pecan salted caramel was so good I can’t believe I didn’t know about this place sooner. I’m almost certain the fresh fruit smoothies are good too. Going back soon enough
