Got takeout yesterday and was really disappointed. Ordered Sweet and sour chicken. Half of the chicken pieces were cooked to the point there was no meat inside. It was so hard you couldn’t eat it. I always tell them “no white rice” but always come home with a container of it. Will not be going back again soon

Service was fast and friendly. The issue is the food. I had asked for them to make my General Tso chicken extra spicy. When I received it, it had no spice. It was essentially Sesame Chicken, very sweet. There were no chili peppers in it at all. To top it off, the “fried” rice was not fried. It had the appearance of just colored white rice. It was as sticky as white rice as well. Oh, and the egg rolls were cold. Not happy at all.

Gone there as long as they’ve been open. I think they toned down their spices to match SOME American palets. I now ask for extra garlic and extra spicey, so it comes out like it used too. I love the place

Don’t bother to mention the $6 up charge to change rice on a combination platter until you get to the counter. The food was bland and not worth the money we spent.

After arriving home, I discovered the order was only 2/3 full in the container. I contacted Dragon Wok, I was informed by staff I had to return the order but my husband had already started to eat (I informed her that my husband was a diabetic and needed to eat). However, she said she could not help us unless we could return the untouched container. She also stated she had called the owner (put me on hold) and said he also said they couldn’t do anything.

I’ve been ordering from here for a very long time. Usually food is very good and everyone is always so nice. Unfortunately not this time. My chicken was super hard and tough. Couldn’t barely chew it. I asked for extra soy sauce because I ordered extra side of rice, only received 2. Definitely will be holding off on ordering from here for a while!
