Ordered their Yakisoba and their version does not have sauce so to me this is unusual and felt incomplete. The soba was too firm and too chewy for my liking. Although the bowl was not a disappointment as there was flavor and it was grilled. The aesthetics is very nice, service is ok. The price i feel is on the high side.

Came here for some late night dinner. Wasn’t actually sure what to expect when I walked in, but it’s set up like a Chipotle except for Ramen. I ordered a Ramen in beef broth with wagyu and some extra meat, with a few toppings like bok choy, cilantro, green onions, bean sprouts, and an egg. I also got an order of pork gyoza. The service was good, she was helpful. The food, however, was pretty bland. I should’ve gone for some more chili sauce or something because the broth just didn’t really taste like anything. Plus, it wasn’t even really that hot either. The noodles felt stiff and stuck together a bit too much. The gyoza was unremarkable. All in all, a net positive experience, but the food was just adequate.

Good, fresh noodles. Broth and toppings were definitely lacking flavor. This is a cool concept and fun, but I probably would not go back again due to the food being very bland and high price.
The fire noodles were a great texture but not very spicy at all. Maybe spicy 2, max. If you want spicy, definitely add papper mix and chili paste. The chicken broth also did not have a very strong flavor and imo it was not hot enough especially since add-ins were cold. I could not taste ginger or sesame in the broth at all. The grilled tofu was nice, it had good char marks and a smoky flavor but was not marinated. I also added mushrooms, corn, scallion, red onion, fish cake, garlic oil, and an egg. The mushrooms were sliced very thin so they kind of got lost in the broth. Egg is always my favorite thing but even that was kind of bland despite it being marinated.
The ambiance is nice with the lanterns although the TVs are kind of distracting. I do appreciate that all of the nutritional value was displayed.

Pretty okay. Maybe my expectations were different. The ramen kegs were cool but the broth had virtually no flavor. I used soy sauce and the sauce from my (absolutely incredible) wings and got it to something I enjoyed. The Takoyaki were also very good, very crisp. With the focus being ramen, too disappointed to give it more than a 3.

The food is very tasty. They tried a table concept that I thought was intelligent, but not efficient. The tables are designed with two stations to keep that yummy broth hot. Its the placement of these I wish was different. Next time, much closer to the person eating. Went on a Sunday at 2PM and only one other couple there.

First time here and I love it!! ❤️ One thing was the salt, a tad but too salty. Otherwise it was great!!! I love the Atmosphere and the bathroom being clean and keeping the Atmosphere the same in the bathroom. Only a few other place does that does that, not all of them. Will be returning, there’s more food on the menu to try ☺️☺️☺️

Order your own custom noodles and get to add different toppings and choose a size. It tasted great and everyone was nice and the interior is very pretty and holds a surprising number of tables. I got the medium size ramen and it was enough for a medium small meal, but I think if I had known about the size I would’ve got the large. Two of us are here and we were very happy overall, would definitely recommend. Great noodles and quality ingredients.

Staff was busy when we walked in, very polite though. Wish they would interact more about whether it is our first time or not , cause we had no idea what we were ordering nor did we know what those warming plates were on the table till we discovered it on our own. A bit rushed when ordering however , the broth was good and hit the spot. Not sure if I would crave it again but definitely worth a try! Oh, the wings were great!

Good selection of noodles, broth, and toppings. Reasonable pricing, especially for a Boca Park location.
Housemade noodles, broth on tap, hot plate on the table that only heats when bowl is on. Makes it safer if you’re bringing kids, as they’re much less likely to burn their fingers on the hot plate.
Ambience was cool:
Red, black and gold asian theme.
Love the tables with the lit up red wavy feature and the red lantern lighting.
Even the bathrooms were on theme.
It was very clean also, which is what one would always expect in this location.
Very quiet Tuesday evening. Arrived around 7pm and there were only a few people present the entire time we dined.
