I had heard good things about the food at this place and eagerly went in today, Aug. 14, 2025, and picked up two orders for an anniversary lunch for my husband and me. It was quite a disappointment! The fried shrimp was very much over cooked and had no flavor. Also it had not been deveined which is a turnoff. The hush puppies were overdone. The slaw and potato salad were mediocre. Both the slaw and potato salad were sweet, which is not our preference. The French fries were just okay. It was rather expensive, especially given that it was simply not a good meal. Neither of us would recommend this place to anyone. They need to make major changes or they will be out of business soon.

This the worst place to eat. I wish I can give them a zero because I asked for hot wings and they bed it with bbq sauce and lemon pepper seasoning. Awesome experience; got the lunch special (boiled shrimp) with sausage; GREAT spices (got the extra spicy) and they definitely dont skimp on the shrimp. Hearty lunch for less than 10$. Challenge ya to find jumbo shrimp with fixing + sausage for less than that even in NOLA

Restaurant itself is quite bright, almost sterile.
Has a fishy odor, but understandable as I would think the fish is very fresh being by the bay.

Sushi is small, short supply. Salad, desert, soup and 5 to 8 entrees with many sides. All were average to good. Overall a good value for the buffet but no dish really stood out. One mystery fish dish. Chicken dishes were the overall best. Place needs a scrubbing.

Great meal – we are from out of state and wanted seafood. We ordered the seafood platter. It was very tasty. Everything was fried, but nothing was greasy. The potato salad and coleslaw were excellent and I loved the hushpuppies.

I debated on posting this because we are business owners ourselves, but we would never let something like this walk out of the door. We are visiting Daphne from the Midwest, and wanted some good food on our first night here. We ordered door dash and we were so excited to get our food. I spent $75 and the food was GARBAGE, the crab legs were small, overcooked and flavorless, the crab claws had no meat on them whatsoever, the shrimp were hard and had a weird taste to them, The potato salad and coleslaw tasted like it was from Walmart, they also got my order wrong, I will be calling in the morning to request a refund. Very dissatisfied.
