We have been looking for a decent place for Chinese food where you can actually sit down and enjoy your food. The staff were all friendly. Decent menu to choose from. Food came out quickly and was good. We had the vegetable soup, egg drop soup, egg rolls, crab Rangoon, beef and broccoli, and the Mongolian beef. My drink was good, but it didn’t taste like there was any alcohol in it. They also have tea when you come in. I placed an order to go and told them to make it spicy, but apparently, they missed that part, still a decent place, and we will definitely come back again.

I’m a huge Chinese food fan, but nope! I never need to try this location again. We ordered the pan fried pot stickers and sweet and sour chicken for lunch. I was not a fan. Both dishes were lacking flavor. Everything tasted bland.

We have been going here for years. Traveling from Indiana. We picked up dinner and brought it to my sister’s house who is confined to a wheelchair. The food was AWFUL !! My boyfriend couldnt taste anythin in his rice. (Flavored) His Kung Pow Beef had hardly any meat in it. He ate about 4 bites… I had the combo appetizer for two. ( thinking a little bit of everything I could share) The ribs were weird. Couldn’t put my finger on why. I took one bite DONE! The chicken was so tough and fatty disgusting. Pot stickers I didnt even try. Crab ragoon was delicious. Didn’t even try the egg rolls. Ordered 3 meals got only 2 fortune cookies. My family has a tradition after we eat we all pick a cookie a read the fortune. The bill was close to 50 dollars. Thank God we didnt dine in.. FREEZING. FYI MY BOYFRIENDD WAS CHARGED A FEE FOR USING HIS DEBIT CARD. IT IS AGAINSST THE LAW FOR ANY ESTABLISHMENT TO ADD A SUR CHARGE FOR USING A DEBIT CARD! PLEASE GOOGLE IT. IT EXPLAINS Everything. What a dissapoint all around.

I’m not sure what happened with Dragon Palace over the years, but they went downhill fast. The other poor reviews on here are not lying.
Previously, we’d come here for carry out without issues. Today, we ordered online and picked up in person. Came home with the food, all to find out they didn’t put our rice in with the order. On top of that, there’s an added fee for ordering online, despite paying cash in person. We were hoping the poor reviews about the blandness of the food were an exaggeration, but it is not. No flavor or spice in anything that was ordered, on top of having to make our own rice at home.
After calling the restaurant, no help was offered other than an “I’m sorry.” We’ll be finding a different restaurant for Chinese food from now on.

On this day after a 10-hour work shift I ordered the Tomato Pepper Steak and Shrimp Egg Foo Young. The food was tender, but the taste of the food was horrible.
The gravy for the Egg Foo Young was severely bland lacking a differential taste from the gravy for the Tomato Pepper Steak. For my point of view, the gravy had to be a universal gravy for all dishes.
I started to go to Pete’s Market for a Shrimp Salad and I believe I would have enjoyed that meal much more.
The customer service was excellent, but for the price of the food and the lack of distinct flavor I will not be returning to the establishment.

This is the best Chinese food in the area, HANDS DOWN!! They have 1 dish that differs them from the rest, their sesame chicken! Most places make it with a sweet sauce but Dragon Palace makes it like my childhood favorite place, with a gravy!! It’s so delicious and comes with plenty of veggies. I’ve had dine in and carry out and it’s hot, plentiful, and fresh each time! The rice is always perfectly cooked and seasoned and moist! I hate dry rice and I don’t have that issue here. Everything I’ve had so far (beef fried rice, chicken fried rice, crab Rangoon, egg rolls, and sesame chicken) has been delicious! Price isn’t too bad either. For my father and I to sit down and eat, we only ever spend $30 and that includes drinks, individual rice orders, and a dish to share. Dine in is quick, not a long wait even with other patrons. And carry out times have been correctly quoted, where my food is ready upon arrival! I live in Indiana, and even after a 30+ minute drive.. i got home and my food was still steaming! That’s how fresh it is for reference… Nice and welcoming staff. I will absolutely here visiting again soon, and again after that!

I have been dining here over 30 yrs. Consistently delicious, and a good value for what you get. In my opinion they have the best Egg Rolls , Egg Foo Young, Szechuan Shrimp, & Chicken & Green Beans I have ever had. I also love the Dragon Palace Special -Sliced tender beef, chicken and jumbo shrimp blended with assorted Chinese vegetables with black bean and garlic sauce.

I got the egg foo young and beef and broccoli either chicken fried rice combo and I was very disappointed with the food. The chicken fried rice didn’t have any flavor in it and barely had chicken in it and the broccoli beef was mediocre at best. The egg fo young was another disappointment because they used salad shrimp which tasted very nasty and their was barely any meat in the combo egg foo young. To sum it up the food is tastless and mediocre
