Unfortunately the food I received was displeasing and tasteless! I ordered Thai basil fried rice w/chicken and it is horribly dry and has zero flavor. The pan fried noodles I ordered is the same; extremely dry and has zero seasoning! I paid $27.96 for this food, and a total of $42.67 with the Door Dash fees and tip. I kindly ask that you simply refund the $27.96 or give a coupon of equal amount. Please make this right so I can leave a positive review as it saddens me that I had to leave a negative review. However, I am unable to consume this food! I must trash all of it in fear of harming my digestive system and it taste horrible.

I’ve been craving Chinese for the past week or so, so one of my co workers recommended this place today and I decided to try it out after reading more good reviews on it and I must say I’m impressed. Not sure how the rating is as high as it is. Maybe a lack of options in the area? Today I picked up lunch from here for the first and last time. The lobby looks pretty rough, leaving the cleanliness of the kitcken (the part the customers can’t see) up to the imagination. I briefly considered throwing the food out and eating elsewhere, but my curiosity got the best of me. The sauce for the orange chicken was okay but the chicken itself was questionable at best. It was pretty dry and one piece tasted undercooked. Eggdrop soup was pretty bland and the fried rice was very dry and flavorless, as if it was made the day before. Overall, very disappointing. Nice woman at the counter though.

I have to say it’s been a long time since i ordered Chinese take out. I never even knew about this place until i saw a menu in my drawer. The food was fabulous. I spoke with a woman on the phone, very pleasant. Everything i ordered was in the bag so no screw ups. The food was plentiful. The crab rangoons, beef chop suey, shrimp with peapods, chicken fried rice and egg rolls were all tasty. We ordered a bit of variety because everyone wanted a different meal. Definitely will be back.

I ordered a chicken lo mein and pot stickers. The lo mein literally had about 6 tic tac size pieces of chicken and was super oily. The potstickers were HUGE which wouldve been great if they were actually fully cooked, the inside was basically raw. The total they gave me over the phone including delivery also didnt match my printed total when the delivery driver came it was like 5 bucks more than expected.

I have been ordering from Dragon Palace in New Lenox for over a decade and will keep returning. We were in town last night and ordered the beef chop suey, orange chicken, and sweet and sour chicken. All three were so good! The portions were great and the prices as well. The owners are the most kind people. My car broke down and needed to be jumped. One of the owners jumped my car and was able to get me back on the road. This is a wonderful business that not only provides delicious food, but also truly cares about their customers. Thank you again! Go check out this place if you are in New Lenox and want some tasty Chinese food!!

The food was excellent. Pan fried noodles are my favorite! My husband loved the sweet and sour chicken. I tried the walnut shrimp and it was very tasty. Will definitely be ordering again. Staff was very friendly and the restaurant was clean.
