Food was honestly really good environment really good the service from one of the women there absolutely downright terrible. How do you walk away from a 10-year-old trying to figure out what she wants to drink and then don’t even come back for another 20 minutes I will not be giving my money here again.

Absolutely horrible experience here. The food was nasty, and for the hour we were there never refilled. The sushi was truning gray colors and I asked if there wasnt anything that wasnt grey colored and she told me that its normal, it is not! I was given a child’s cup instead of a normal sized cup, they added gratuity even though I received no service at all!! I had to get up and go to the desk to ask for a refill and there was only 2 customers In there. Will never recommend and NEVER waste my money there again! So disappointed my whole family got up and left still hungry after spending almost 100$

Most of the food tasted “off”. The Lo Mein was orange and did not taste like your typical Lo Mein. The egg rolls were over cooked, the skin was rubbery while the inside were undercooked and had a dairy like taste to it. The Chow Mein had no flavor. I had to hunt for the sweet and sour sauce, only to find they keep it at the tables. The sweet and sour sauce was completely sour and overwhelmingly tasted of vinegar. Our server did not visit us again to refill our drinks until we were almost finished.
Some of the food was fine, and the family enjoyed the decorations. The layout was a bit cramped and it was difficult not bumping in to other people.

We had a group of 8. The food was gross, most of it tasted old or just poorly made. After bringing our drinks, the waiter never came back to check on us. We had to hunt him down just to get refills. They automatically added a 20% gratuity for our group, bringing the total to $180. For that price, we expected much better food and service. We won’t be back.

Stopped by for lunch on a road trip, staff was absolutely rude and continuously rushed us. When we got our food we were severely disappointed. It was some of the most disgusting and cold food we have ever eaten. Not to mention when my daughter went to the bathroom she spotted bugs crawling all over, definitely a health code violation. When we notified staff they denied any problem. Do not recommend. Will not go back

The food at this restaurant is excellent! We had a variety of dishes and all were delicious. My girlfriend enjoyed various chicken dishes and I particularly liked the seafood. We both thought their crab rangoon was the best we’d ever had. We were there on Saturday afternoon, and compliments to the chef. Great cooking!
Only substantial complaint is that they don’t have soup spoons. But the seating is quaint and it’s quiet. The hostess was pleasant.

We were pretty disappointed i the lack of attention from our waitress from the start. She apparently some people sitting at another table and talked with them the entire time. Tables were sticky and poor light conditions in the dining area made us question how clean the rest of the place was. The buffet was not attended to either. Many dishes had the meat picked out and the veggies were left there without a refill for the half hour we were there. We had our heart set on chines dinner so we stayed longer than we should have. This is the second time in the last year we had drove an hour to shop and eat in Fulton. First time was probably better than just Ok se we came back. There wont be a next time for Dragon Kitchen
