We got a takeaway on the 24/10/25 and we got chicken balls in curry sauce, salt and pepper chips, friend rice, curry sauce and prawn crackers. The food tasted like it was left for days the rice was hard and the prawn crackers were also hard. My 2 young children had a couple of prawn crackers and a couple of spoonfuls of rice and curry. Within an hour we were violently sick and had diarrhea. I was throwing up so much I almost passed out my vision went blurry and my ears started ringing. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Been here twice now. So far it’s been great. The service has been quick and the food tastes fresh. The building has been refurbished nicely and the staff serving have been good. So pretty impressed so far

The worst chinese ever tried i thought one of the other ones was bad in montrose ive never seen chicken like it in my life it looks like white slimey stuff pure mush never in my life have i seen it and the noodles have left a horid taste in my mouth im disgusted 🙁 i tried to call up but guy didnt even understand me i pray i dont get it from tryin the drop i tried and was special chow mein with 3 bits of meat and a pile of mushy white stuff

I ordered a chicken chow mein and chips. It was decent, I enjoyed it. It was hot, good portion size and tasty.
The prices are the most reasonable in the town, other chinese takeaways are extortianate!
This takeaway is CASH ONLY and this was a bit inconvenient for me as I was on a bicycle.
All in all, the dish I ordered was very good.

Got to be the worst takeaway I’ve ever had. My hubby and I had prawn chow mein and chicken curry which we had half each. Hardly any prawns the sauce was awful, as for the chicken curry we couldn’t eat it, I’m sure it was tripe or something similar, it was thinly sliced and slimy, definitely not chicken. NEVER again

Worst take away I have ever had. Could not eat it as tasted disgusting. I wanted to take it back but my husband said no just put it in the bin.
I would not usually put a bad review but I have had to purposefully post this. It has that they are closed just now but I have definitely just bought a meal so either someone has broken in to try and sabotage the place or the we site is wrong.

Everything was room temperature and hardly seasoned. Spring rolls were 80% pastry and the fried beansprouts looked, smelled and tasted awful. Entire meal tasted like someone’s leftovers. Not good

Waited 90 Minutes for the food. Once it arrived, the food was cold/barely warm. I had a Chicken Chow-mein which was cold and tasted awful. The Chicken Fried Rice was good however not that warm and the Chips were cold.

Ordered pork curry with fried rice. It turned up with chips. Spoke to the man on the phone who could hardly speak English. Was told my rice was at the shop and he would get it delivered. Never turned up so I phoned again to be told that I ordered chips which I didn’t he said he would deliver and it still never turned up. Wouldn’t rate the experience it was awful. Won’t be going there again

I had Char Siu fried rice, it consists of rice, egg, roast pork and peas, spices and condiments but all I could taste was salt.
