We came in for dinner on a Saturday evening and the food was outstanding. We started with the chicken egg rolls which were a bit chewy and underwhelming and they were out of the cucumber salad…BUT the dumplings were perfectly steamed and full of flavor a definite highlight. The fried rice, noodles, and orange chicken were all fresh, well-seasoned, and served hot. Portions were generous and everything was beautifully presented.

We sat at the bar, and while the service wasn’t bad, it wasn’t particularly attentive either. Nothing that ruined the experience, but it did feel a bit more “hands-off” than expected.

Overall, the food more than made up for it, and we’d happily come back again for another meal.

We ordered the Flying Dragon in the Sky, which includes Szechuan dan dan noodles, ginger scallion lobster, and a whole Peking duck. Unfortunately, I do not recommend ordering this set. The ginger scallion lobster was the worst lobster I’ve had-hard as a rock, overcooked, and completely lacking flavor.

On the positive side, the Peking duck was good and well prepared, and the dan dan noodles were flavorful and velvety. If you plan to dine here, I’d suggest skipping the lobster and sticking with the duck and noodles.

The food was absolutely phenomenal!! Each and every dish that my family and I had ordered was delicious! Highly recommend the honey walnut shrimp and any of the dim sums!! We’ve been trying different things almost every time we’ve returned!
Service was impeccable! They were very attentive even when it was super busy! Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just want a delicious meal, I highly recommend coming here!

Food is legit. Dim sum is absolutely the best in the area.

Those lanterns hanging from the ceiling create serious atmosphere – they nailed the design. Service is flawless, which explains the 5-star rating there.

Here’s the reality check: it’s Chinese food. Delicious, authentic Chinese food loaded with enough sodium to turn you into a walking salt lick. That cucumber salad? Probably has more sodium than the Dead Sea.

The dim sum is phenomenal – perfectly steamed, beautifully presented, flavors on point. This is what good Chinese cooking looks like when done right.

But let’s keep it real about what you’re signing up for: you’ll leave satisfied and probably retaining enough water to float a small boat. That’s not their fault – that’s authentic Chinese cuisine.

Food is amazing, more specifically the dumplings! What’s even better is the bartender Caitlan who is so sweet and has a great deal of hospitality and you can tell she cares about her customers. She also makes some of the best cocktails i’ve ever had.

Few restaurants leave a permanent impression for excellent quality and service on the first visit. The Dragon House is one of those establishments. After our first visit, we couldn’t believe this was the norm, so we decided to wait until the second visit to post a review. Unlike most “American” Chinese restaurants, The Dragon House sets the bar for Chinese cuisine. The service staff is friendly and cordial. They time the dishes, giving time to finish appetizers and then entrees. The atmosphere is comfortable and well-designed without being ostentatious. As for the food, it sits at the pinnacle of Chinese food in the area. The LoMein noodles are perfectly cooked with a nice glaze of sauce. The Calamari is a blend of spices that layers flavor on top of flavor. I highly recommend the lunch menus, which is what I order most of the time. The portions are more than filling. You might want to share if you’re a light eater. The Kung Pao chicken is perfect. The General Tso’s chicken is the best I have ever eaten. Only one dish, could use some adjustment. The Spicy Braised Beef soup could do with less noodles and more broth. The Dragon House costs more than “regular” Chinese restaurants, but it’s worth it now and then. We look forward to every visit to try something new.

I cannot stop thinking about the dim sum at Dragon House, especially their truffle dumplings. Literally unforgettable! ✨ The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. The food came out fresh, flavorful, and so beautifully made. Every single dish we tried was delicious, but those dumplings… I’m still dreaming about them!

The atmosphere was perfect too. modern, warm, and such a good vibe for dinner. The service was great, and everything felt really smooth and enjoyable.

I’m already planning my next trip back and bringing everyone I know. If you love dumplings or just want a great dining experience, you have to try this place!

We were very satisfied with the flavor of our food and with the portion size. I initially felt like the cost was high prior to ordering but the quality and quantity justified the rates.

Worst dining experience!
I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. The food was dripping with oil – specifically cheese rangoon, chicken lo mein and spicy chicken ( not spicy at all).
They took a few items off the bill, but still we will never go back here.

Updated Review: Called the manager Scott based on their response below, placed another order with request for less oil on Wednesday. This time the food was really on point and everyone loved it. Scott went above and beyond to follow up on the experience post the order. He did provide a 50% concession on the new order as a good will gesture during pickup. Fridays and Saturdays maybe very busy nights where quality of food might not be at par.

Original review: Ordered food from here as they are on resy. The first time ordered in September for a birthday everyone liked the food. Was not mind blowing but everyone liked it. Thought of ordering food for our anniversary thinking of some good food and very disappointed with the quality of food. Really let down. Each dish lacked flavor, the peanut sauce handpulled noodle felt like they added peanut butter in the noodle. The chicken dishes tasted like the boiled chicken was added to batch precooked sauce. From what I read, looks like this restaurant used to be really popular pre-covid. Gave this restaurant a second shot thinking it would be better but was a let down. Wondering why I spent $70 on 3 dishes that tasted so bad. Definite let down for an Asian restaurant, lots of opportunity to improve as the ambience and location are a big plus. Really hope they can get it together and best wishes. Honestly, Panda express would’ve been better for the flavor profile and cost.
