Picked up takeout. Hot and sour soup had half an inch of pure oil on top that would not stir in…inedible and tossed out. Spring rolls.. both were soft , ” pure-mush ” and tossed out. Pork fried rice must have been reheated at least three times before, and smelled very “swampy” …yuck !! Hopeless, even the fortune cookies were broken !! Sadly, this was once a decent place… You are warned !! Run the other way…you’ll be much better off at Burger King or Mc Ds…

Don’t come here for the personality. They are friendly and cool but that’s about it. They are busy and don’t have time to chat. The food is where it’s at. Great Chinese at great pricing. Get your food, go home and enjoy.

This is the best Chinese food in Southampton. I actually like it better than a lot of Chinese of food in the city. I almost don’t want people to know about it because then it’ll get too busy, but they work hard and deserve more business!
The food is delicious and fresh. The service is prompt and direct but friendly. I think some of the other reviewers are expecting to be waited on but this is a simple take out place, so don’t be deterred by the other reviews.

I’m very surprised that there’s such little info about the place and not even a menu in sight! Aside from not having an online menu the food is amazing. Everything ordered was fresh and cooked perfectly.

Absolutely love Dragon Garden! I don’t know why it has such low stars. The food has been delicious and consistent the last 20 years. Every time I visit from the West Coast, it’s one of my first stops. The egg rolls are incredible, the wonton soup is perfect when you’re sick, and the chicken and broccoli is always savory! The owner Michelle is also incredibly kind and sweet. I can’t get the same delicious flavors anywhere else.

Lady was very rude on the phone. I asked for brown rice and she yells on the phone. First I didn’t understand what she said, then she yells NO BROWN RICE!!! I said geez, you don’t have to be rude. Then she said white rice, YES OR NO!!!!
I have never ordered anything that a person is so rude. No personality whatsoever. Pick up my order, nothing to brag about mediocre….just okay.

New: I usually go to Hampton Bays but they were closed. They said 20 mins eta here but took 40 + mins smh.
Old: They always every single time on the phone say 10 minute wait then when you get there it’s really 30 minutes. Then there is always someone coughing all over the place waiting for food. Just say 30 minutes so you aren’t exposing us all please
