Its like a food court where you can go and grab food its pre cooked mostly but I got the Chicken Tender tower for about 23 after tax and it was a MOUNTAIN of fries and tenders with a literaaall Pool of cheese and bacon bits smothered I couldn’t even finish it all! Definitely worth the money and taste great pretty sure its cuz the cheese and bacon but idc
I also recommend any1 with Funcard or any Annual pass to buy the 60 dollar insulated Cup it last all year and you get unlimited refills when you scan your QR code it cost 3 daily cups(20 each) so if you plan on going more than 3 days out of the year I definitely recommend just getting the insulated cup

We never went inside to watch a show, but the outside looks amazing.
I love all the colours and decorations, the food is okay, I feel like if you get the all day dining, it’s better, but sometimes it could be pricey if you pay for food cash and it might not be as good as expected. But i’m not sure

Just terrible. $40 for chicken tenders and fries. The picture was what they gave us with attitude after we couldn’t even bite through the first ones they gave us. Not busy at all and the condiment stations were disgusting. All of the floors are dangerously slick. They have a new drink station where you have to scan your cup, which only half the scanners work. Only one fill up allowed. Money grab scam. No more free waters either. Great on a hot Florida day. Hate that I have to rate one star. Complete rip off!!!!

This is insanely ridiculous! We had the dinning pass which got me the saddest scoop of cold chicken and cold rice. You have to scan your drink and can only get one drink at once so if you start to fizzle and get nothing, you’re done for. No mixing drinks either bc that’s “two fills”
The rest of my family got cold food that we could hardly eat. Thankfully we pushed through but it was pathetic. I would rather they tossed it in the microwave! I doubt its fresh.
The people were rude to me and gave me attitude.
Though the atmosphere was calm and nice. I wish that wasn’t the only good thing I have to say about this place.

We just ate here and the food was absolutely horrendous. Especially for $20 a plate. My daughter did find a very long hair in her dish as well. My overall experience at Busch Gardens today has been an 1 out of 10 across the board. I have no idea why people come here, especially with the price of admission along with the prices for food, etc. once you get into the park. Never again.

This experience highlighted a serious lack of leadership and preparation. The staff appeared overwhelmed and unfocused, and the restaurant was clearly not equipped to handle the very few number of guests. After waiting over 20 minutes just to place an order, the food arrived cold—an unmistakable sign of poor coordination and oversight.
It’s extremely disappointing that Busch Gardens allows such a breakdown in basic customer service. As locals who have been loyal visitors for years, this visit has unfortunately convinced us not to return. A real shame.

Terrible. No one fills the condiments or beverages. You wait for food for over an hour and no one directs you that there is more than one line to make. You tell employees that there is no ice or drinks and they do nothing. Just horrible! You have a lot of work to do in regard to customer satisfaction and experience.

he closest word I can find to describe this place is disgusting. We ordered the beef and broccoli, and it was an inedible mess: tough, rubbery meat in an overpowering soy sauce with soggy broccoli and red peppers. The Cajun chicken was just as bad, and the orange chicken was a sticky, overly sweet mess that was completely horrible.
I spent 140 dollars in total, and everything went straight into the trash. That has never happened to me before. I could probably eat rocks if I had to, but this was the first time in my life I threw food away.
They clearly take advantage of tourists with outrageous prices and terrible food quality. The place looks nice from the outside, and I only went in because I was hungry and it seemed good, but that was a big mistake.
Avoid this place at all costs.

Probably the worst restaurant I’ve ever been too. We tried every station. Mexican-gross, Italian-gross, Asian-gross. I’m giving this five stars just for the memories. We will talk about how gross this restaurant was for the rest of our lives. We have been home for hours and we are still cracking up about when they turned on the black light that turned the pasta sauce black and completely turned off all the kids from eating. Go there just for that.

There was one person working at the counter in the “American food” line. Waited 30 minutes to order. There is no mention on the menu that the cheeseburgers are slathered in mayo and onions. I hate both, had to throw the burger away. My kids ordered a pizza. Half the pizza was cooked, or so we thought, and the other half was uncooked. My son ate the “cooked” half and got food poisoning, that night when we got home he threw up six times. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to get sick too!
