Tonight was our first visit to Dragon Express, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service provided. From the initial takeout phone call, to being greeted when coming in the door, and checking out, it was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at an express Chinese restaurant. The only Asian food I will eat in Gallatin. Absolutely delicious every time. I don’t understand some of the negative reviews. My family and I have been dining with them for years and have never had a complaint. Food is delicious. Service is wonderful. Very friendly family owned and ran business.

NO REFUNDS After ordering their bourbon chicken sesame chicken teriyaki chicken and Sweet-and-sour it tasted like dish water all of the food tasted the same the rice was so soggy it wasn’t even Edible!!!! I brought the uneaten food back and after explaining the taste and watered down chicken with the fat that foams at the top of a pot while cooking covered all over the chicken!!! They said it was to bad that every body loves the foam!!! And the will not refund any money and would not even re-cook the food!! Even said that I was the third person to return food today and if they kept returning food they would be out of business!!!! After I told them it wasn’t my fault everyone was returning their food they called the police. And told me to leave. I have made my report with the health department and will be proceeding with what I hope will help this community and safety of the innocent people eating this dish flavored food!!!

The only good thing i can say is the food was hot when I picked it up but unsure if it was reheated or what. The bourbon chicken was not bourbon chicken, it was chunks of meat in a water sauce….. i will never eat here again….
