I went in dining room with my family, hoping to enjoy a good dinner after a long day I didn’t even notice in my food. I ordered the lunch plate with sweet-and-sour ribs and red meat with rice and noodles. The food was good, but as I was finishing up, I looked inside the sweet-and-sour ribs the sauce and it had a cockroach My mom told the guy and he didn’t even seem shocked and just offered one free lunch plate. Never eat here again I’m concerned about the cleanliness because he wasn’t even shocked. Sucks because the food has the best grindz.

Called them to see if they have any soups without a flour base for gluten free. She said over the phone it was only the vegetable soups. Yay! Ordered the chicken veggie soup on Uber eats. Was on lunch at work and needed a spoon. Asked for utensils. Well, not only did I pay for priority (short time delivery and prep) it took so long to prepare that it finally was able to be delivered in the last 15 mins of my shift! Soup: hot as heck. But literally the worst excuse for veggie soup I have ever seen. Literally clear water with ginormously cut veggies floating in it. Hard tough not cooked veggies. Only the spinach was ok. The chicken was Legitimately Rubber. Inedible. Awful. After I ate the spinach and veggies in like 5 bites, all that was left was water and rubber chicken. And they forgot the requested utensils! How was I supposed to eat soup without a soup spoon?? Horrid. Save your money. Go anywhere else.

I had a take out order I know that effects the price but portions are way to small for the price over $70 for a few items beef and broccoli came with only one slice of beef and all veggies . When I’m paying for $20 a plate I expect a full plate not this side portion bull crap.

The quantity is lacking for the “family” dishes.
Not surprised there was only our 8 person group and 2 others.
Service was good, but there only being two groups isn’t really a challenge.

I ordered chinese chicken salad and was totally disappointed. There was hardly any chicken, lettuce was yellow & slimy. My boyfriend’s food was ok so i gave them one star. I will never go there again. The second pic is just chicken skin.

I was very pleased with my visit to this restaurant, my first time going here… I took advantage of lunch $5.00 special plate of Lemon chicken and fried rice (+$2.50)…. The food came out quick and the Jasmin tea was delightful… 2 very nice lady both run the floor so service was good.. I would consider coming back to explore more of the menu!

When Wah Kung closed at 99 Ranch I was disappointed because their food was always delicious. I saw Tiny Tadani on instagram posting about Wah Kung’s new location on Kalakaua Avenue. I just had to find out for myself if the food was still delicious. The food was excellent and Michael is still the owner with the same cook. You got to check this place out. You will not be disappointed. Specials all the time. Very reasonable, gives a lot of food and the food is sooo good. I’m definitely going back again even though I live down the west side. It’s worth it.
