Do not eat here I ordered off DoorDash on November 1, 2025. This is all I wanted for my birthday was some Chinese food specifically I wanted some spareribs I didn’t wanna have to go out and get it so I ordered off DoorDash but when I tell you when it got to me, I am highly upset. They set my food in an old dirty soy sauce packet box. The ribs were mostly bones and they were hard as a rock. I called to complain. There was a language barrier. It’s a good thing I was refunded by DoorDash, which will of course take seven days. I spent $55 highly unsatisfied highly. Do not eat here I repeat do not eat here not to mention the DoorDash driver spilled sauce from the box all over her clothes as she messaged me in the DoorDash chat to let me know that when I asked her why would she let them bring my food in a old dirty box. I ordered shrimp egg food Yung. I don see any eggs and the shrimps are hard like they from leftovers and the gravy looks like soup. I haven’t eaten here in years, now I remembered why. Extremely Disappointing Experience
We ordered nearly $60 worth of food, and unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. The Bourbon Chicken was overwhelmingly sweet with no depth of flavor, just sugar and an unappetizingly gelatinous sauce that was off-putting to eat. The General Tso’s Chicken was no better, completely bland, with a sauce so thick and goopy, it resembled set Jello more than anything savory (as seen in the attached photos).
I called the restaurant to express our concerns, and instead of showing any interest in resolving the issue or even acknowledging our dissatisfaction, the woman on the phone simply said, “That’s how it’s supposed to be.” That response added to our frustration.
We’re very disappointed, not just in the food quality, but in the customer service as well. Sadly, we won’t be ordering again.

This was my first and last time getting food from here. We ordered chicken fried rice and a side of shrimp. When we opened the box with the fried rice, it was literally just chicken and rice! Very bland and no flavor, other than the rice tasting burnt/smokey. Every other place that I’ve ordered chicken fried rice from, it would having something in it other than just chicken and rice, like egg, peas, carrots or even onion! Then the breading on the shrimp was not cooked all the way and was cold. We will never order from them ever again! Very disappointed, and a waste of money.

This establishment needs to be investigated by the health department immediately. Last night, March 2nd, their lobby was full of people waiting patiently for their food. There was one man doing everything. He looked like he did want to be there. I waited for about 15 minutes, then a woman rushed in through the front door to the kitchen and immediately began getting to work without washing her hands. This caught the attention of some of the other customers and they began speaking up to tell her to wash her hands if she’s going to be making food. She didn’t care, and ignored them. I left. Do not eat food from this place.

I had a terrific experience going to Dragon City for dinner with my family. From the minute we entered, the personnel treated us with great kindness, and the establishment is straightforward but immaculate. We shared a number of items that we ordered, and we enjoyed each one. Large quantities, excellent flavor, and extremely reasonable prices. Without a doubt, I intend to come back.

My family and I just visited Dragon City, and we had a great time. The personnel made sure we were comfortable, the food was hot and tasty, and the amounts were substantial. The price for everything seemed fairly fair, and the kids particularly enjoyed the sweet and sour chicken.

The managers prep all on line orders here. Apparently they don’t read special instructions and almost killed me by putting broccoli in my food. Didn’t include anything I requested in the notes. I was looking for a specific dish and decided to order from th3m. No flavor at all. I wish had jot wasted my time or money. This is a poor example of Chinese food. I will never eat here again nor recommend this place. I bet poeple that love authentic CHINESE FOOD don’t even eat this crap. The rice is even mushy for Pete’s sake.

if i could give zero stars i would but they get 1 because my fortune cookie said something nice, this place is either hit or miss, today was a miss, which is happening more frequently, its like they dont care about the quality of the food anymore, all they see is money an we surely keep spending there, after today ill never go back, my egg rolls were not only burned but u can tell that they had been sitting, for a while, probably most of the day, if not yesterdays egg rolls, that they cooked again to appear fresh, an they chose to serve that as food, guess my money wasnt good enough for fresh egg rolls, save ur money and taste buds

I’ve picked up from here a few times now and every time has been great. Its exactly what I want from a quick cheap chinese take out. Hot, fresh noodles and fried chicken in a sticky sweet sauce. I got two entrees, chow mei fun and general tso, for like $25 including tip, enough food for 3 meals for me. Everyone has always been really nice and for the price this is fantastic. All these negative ratings are mostly for door dash, uber eats, and grub hub not the actual restaurant. Don’t berate the restaurant, they simply hand off the food. After that its on the third party for everything else.
