There was a guy in the parking lot aggressively telling people they couldn’t park in his lot. Mind you NONE of “his” spots were marked. Online it specifically said FREE STREET PARKING. Nothing about “his” parking lot. Just very rude. Never going there.

The Vietnamese sandwiches here are really good. I especially like the BBQ pork. It did take a while to get my sandwich but it was worth the wait for a little to go lunch.
