I usually go to this restaurant for lunch on weekdays. I almost always get either the General Tso’s chicken or beef lo mein. It comes with fried rice and a choice of an egg roll or crab rangoon. I switch between the egg roll and fried wonton, I think they are both good. The lady that works the counter has always been very nice to me and the service is always fast and friendly. This restaurant is a good example of your average Chinese takeout place. Will definitely be back for more.

As a general tso kinda guy, my needs are met. The fried rice was good, general tsos was best when fresh. Crab Rangoon was delicious. Kind of hard to mess that up honestly. As for the egg rolls, they are okay. I wish they would change up their egg roll recipe and try something new so if you’re deciding between egg roll and crab Rangoon for the combination platter, go with the crab Rangoon! They’ve also got canned soda inside for 90c. Not too bad of a price all things considered.

It is Chinese take out, you’d have to try hard to mess it up. Dragon Cafe is always hot and fresh. Good portions at a fair price. They can get busy at noon and 5-7 but an order never takes an overly long time. The family who owns/runs it lives in the neighborhood and is always friendly and welcoming. If you want a sit down meal, this isn’t the place. But take out that is tasty, affordable, and quick? Dragon Cafe fits the bill!

Do not eat here. The older Asian woman at the register is super disrespectful. I walked in and asked a simple question about their menu and she was extremely rude to me. I told her to forget it and walked out. On my way out, she turned to the cook and laughed. I have eaten here before and the food is not good. I only came back because I thought I would try something new. I will never come back here and would advise anyone to stay away from this restaurant.

Be very aware of what you order, I’ve eaten at this place dozens of times and tonight I got the Kung pow chicken and it was so spicy I had to throw it in the trash. And I have grown and eaten Carolina reapers so I know a thing or two about spicy food and the dish tonight was ungodly spicy and completely inedible, hence 4 instead of 5 stars. I have had this dish before and it was not even remotely as spicy as this so I don’t know what happened but it was far above the level of blazing wings from Buffalo Wild Wings. Besides tonight everything has always been good so just watch out for the occasionally insanely spicy dish.
