I got the Korean short rib bowl and the potstickers, and honestly? Everything was absolutely drugs in the best way. The short rib was insanely tender and flavorful, and the bowl itself was perfect the purple rice, crisp cucumbers, and those slightly spicy red flakes all balanced so well. And the daikon pickle?? Not sour like a typical pickle at all more sweet, crunchy, and fresh, which made the whole bowl hit even harder. The potstickers were just as good, crunchy, hot, flavorful, and gone way too fast. Everything tasted fresh, perfectly seasoned, and thoughtfully put together. Zero notes. This is the kind of food you think about later and start planning when you can come back.

I had the chance to try Dragon Bowls, a food truck in Idaho Falls, and I was honestly blown away. The food is all made to-go, but the truck is set up right by the falls with picnic tables outside. The view is absolutely beautiful, and if you go in the evening around sunset, it feels extra special to sit down with a bowl of food and enjoy the scenery

We LOVE Dragon Bowls. Seriously, we eat here at least once every other week. The flavors are incredible no matter what you order, and each bowl has its own unique flavor profile. I genuinely crave Dragon Bowls and can’t recommend them enough.
On top of the amazing food, the owners are truly awesome. They’re incredibly friendly, welcoming, and clearly care about both the quality of the food and their customers. You can tell they put a lot of heart into what they do, and it makes the experience even better.

Dragon bowls is without a doubt one of the best eats in Idaho Falls. The food is fresh, authentic, and makes you audibly confirm how delicious everything is. The owners are excited to see repeat customers and genuinely want to deliver their best everyday. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Some of the best flavors you will get in Asian style food . The dragon bowls spicy level was great and packed with flavor! The pork lumpia are the best in town by far. The teas are amazing as well. The two owners are very knowledgeable and polite. Also the location by the river provides great views and atmosphere. 10/10 will be back.

This food truck is absolutely worth a stop. The service is great, they are friendly and helpful. Prices aren’t too bad at all for the portions, and it tastes great! I got the dragon bowl and it was spicier than expected but still delicious. Only took about 5 minutes to get our food. The location is also fantastic, you can walk 50 feet to a bench that overlooks the river and the sunset. Only complaint is that they were out of my first choice on the menu but that’s understandable. Highly recommend!
