I placed a phone order for pepper steak with beef about ten minutes before closing, and honestly, I wasn’t even sure they would accept it . The guy who answered the phone was super friendly and relaxed, and he kindly agreed to take my order even though it was so close to closing time. That already meant a lot! ✨
When I pulled up to the drive-through, my food was ready quickly, which was impressive considering the timing . On top of that, he surprised me by adding a few crab rangoons on the house! And I have to say — they were hands down the best crab rangoons I’ve ever had. Way better than anywhere else I’ve tried! Absolutely delicious
The beef with rice was decent — maybe a little too saucy for my taste and the sauce itself wasn’t my favorite — but for the price, I really can’t complain at all . The service alone deserves five stars. I honestly don’t understand how anyone could rate this place lower after an experience like that. We need more kind, thoughtful people like that drive-thru employee in the world

I ordered through doordash and although my order took an hour longer than originally quoted, my food was still hot when I got it. 3 different doordash drivers showed up to pick up my order and left because the food wasn’t ready.
I tried the sesame chicken, egg roll and pot stickers. Plus a small side order of lo mein noodles. Everything was good, really enjoyed the pot stickers!

I just placed an order for pepper steak beef ten mins before closing time on phone and the guy who took it was super nice and chill to let it slide even though they weren’t supposed to be taking them so near to closing time. Not just that but the food came quick in the drive through and the guy even threw in a few crab rangoons for me on the house and I’ll just say, the best crab rangoons I’ve ever had, way better than anywhere else. Beef rice was ok, but a bit too saucy and sauce itself wasn’t the best, but can’t complain for this price at all. Don’t know how anyone else can give this service below 5 stars. Needs to be more people in this world like this drive thru guy. Would make it a better place.

Definitely a place you’ll miss if you aren’t looking for it. Very unassuming building makes you almost feel like you’re in on a secret when you do find it.
The food is decent. For Omaha Americanized Chinese, it’s worth the price. It’s the closest to good takeout I’ve found in the area.
Changing the fry oil would do wonders for the fried chicken and the crab rangoons.
Chicken didn’t have much crunch, but the sauce was nearly perfect.
Rice had the wok hei smokiness I look for every time. Some onion or garlic would be nice, but the rice was fine by itself.
I would come back to see if the oil had been changed. If it had, I could see multiple repeat visits. If not, then it was good to try once or twice.

Sunday – Reign Moon
I just left from down there and I got shrimp fried rice and there were only 5 shrimp in the whole meal and the shrimp was dry and overcooked. On the menu when you pull up it says 9.38 but they charged my credit card 19.38 that’s false advertising and over charging customers. Since when does shrimp fried rice cost 19.38? I’ll never return there and it was my first time eating there trying to give them a chance smh never again

I’ve been coming to this gem of a Chinese spot for years. Not only is the food PHENOMENAL, the staff is always so cool to talk to…. Let me stop and give the review. Every time I stop by Dragon 88, I always ask
“Hot and sour soup tonight?” They know me by now…. I order 2 because I know that most times, on the way home I’m going to devour a cup…. The BEST HOT AND SOUR SOUP I’ve tasted in Omaha, it’s flavorful, it has the right spice temp, and they don’t slack on ingredients. Definitely my favorite and you cannot beat the prices here! All made by hand. So you’ll wait a little bit in the drive thru line… BUT ITS WORTH THE WAIT. The egg rolls are amazing, Crab Rangoon amazing and I always get either the broccoli beef or the sweet and sour chicken. Order both, hell order everything I mentioned, you’re gonna try to locate me and thank me for letting you in on this spot!!

This place was recommended and I tried the food and it was soooo good. So, I needed to visit this place and get some more food. The location is a little confusing and not pleasant. To be honest, dine in was not available, so we had to order from the drive-through window. Since I took pictures of the food when I tried this the first time; I showed it to the gentleman on the window, and he was so kind to help us out, even recommended us some other option to fit our budget since we were 5 of us.
The food was soo tasty and enough for us. I highly recommend it. A better location will attract more customers for sure.
