I believe there is a strong push by staff to allow this place to go down and close. I’ve never seen so many lackluster angry faced employees walking around figuring out how to avoid work at all cost. The hostess is even worse. I believe she was placed in that position by losing a random game of rock paper scissors bc it can’t be skills. After waiting 20 for a table we were sat around several other patrons who had been sitting at their tables for 20 additional minutes without even a drink order. No one around us had food and many still only had menus. 40 mins and we couldn’t even get water. Now back to this hostess… we got up to leave and she proceeded to roll her eyes and make a smart comment as we walked away. Honestly she would probably best be suited for a front desk position at a correctional faculty but not at the entry point of an overpriced service-less restaurant.

The draft Bar & Grill is located inside the Gold Strike Casino. Typical bar grub, and everything was delicous. The portion sizes are huge, be careful and not order too much like we did.
Super large TV screens are everywhere. It won’t be hard to find a game that you will be interested in following.
Our server Morticia was the best. She kept us laughing while serving up hot food with a beautiful smile. We really enjoyed her company.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I never got to try the food. After waiting to be seated for over 10 mins without even being acknowledged by staff, we were seated by someone who didn’t even smile or greet us. After being seated-our waitress didn’t greet us. She proceeded to bus tables where no one was at-although she wasn’t really bussing them just moving dirty dishes around. And proceeded to have a conversation with a coworker laughing etc. After sitting waiting for the waitress for another 10 mins or so…we were never offered water, drinks etc… basically she walked right around us and never made any contact. I do know she was our server because we did see her approach another table who were seated at the same time as us.
By this point I had little faith in the establishment and management. Not sure that the food would have been worth the wait.

Shocked by the poor reviews! The food was far better than we expected and the service was unmatched. We got there about 6:15 and there were no tables but she said she could put us down for 7 and we could go play so we did. Showed back up at 7, table was ready. The wings were perfectly cooked, loved the BBQ dry rub. Dirty rice was cheesier than expected but like nothing I’d had before, very good. Polish sausage was on point. Service was perfect.

This place is by far the best place to eat out of all the casinos. I’ve eaten here too many times to count. The food has always been excellent and it’s always consistent. Always great service also. The chicken sandwich is one of my favorites. But the wings are the best around.

This is a bar and grill is inside a casino. Food was really good. Smoked baby back ribs were meaty and tender. A half order is still enough for most people to share. Fried catfish was well seasoned and cooked perfectly. The onion ring tower was piled with large tempura battered rings which were great. Even the sides were good. My baked beans had a generous amount of ground beef making a hearty side dish. Will definitely go again if we are in the area.

Rude and unprofessional staff (hostess and one of the managers). Close at 11 but would not seat anyone after 10 one of the hostess stated and walked away. The other one argued with the other hostess and walked off leaving the front unattended looking from a far. There were others who came in line as well and the same thing. I counted at least 12 employees and at least 10 tables that needed to be cleaned. Unacceptable and I know that OneStar would not be pleased with the lack of service provided along with the discussions being had while guests are present. Need better leadership and hostess that understand the position. Guests should not be mistreated due to staffing and ungrateful employees. Someone needs to revamp the team and hiring qualifications.

My family and I are in town after a funeral and visited this restaurant. The manager on duty 7/29 around 8:45p said that she could sit us in 2 separate parties but put some of us all the way in the corner and the other group on the floor close by the door. She had an immediate attitude upon arrival and aggressively set the menus at table. When asked if we could at least have the other group in the corner near us she stated she had only one server for that area. The manager refused to even attempt to accommodate and let 7 guests walk which lost you all much business. I would love to speak with a manager over her as we traveled far and were also already grieving

The food was 10/10. The fettuccine was literally the best over ever had. The service got to be a little slow at the end but there was only one server for the whole restaurant.
