When it comes to authentic Peruvian food, most people think of Ceviche. We thought of just that and didn’t stop there. We wanted to make it a fun and enjoyable culinary experience for everyone and decided to launch a fresh new restaurant in Miami, located off of Southwest 8th Street, named after our chef and owner Carlos Brescia’s nickname, Dr. Limon. Our approach is Peruvian food with a Miami twist, influenced by traditional northern Peruvian cuisine and respecting local South Florida businesses and ingredients. Located near Florida International University in the Florida International Plaza.
Contemporary restaurant featuring Peruvian ceviche & creative entrees in an upbeat atmosphere.

We were lucky enough to try some off-menu dishes, and the flavors were outstanding—truly on par with Peru’s haute cuisine. Regarding the service, it was excellent. We were attended by Chavelis, who was incredibly kind and gave us perfect recommendations based on our tastes. This experience is definitely worth it!
Probably one of the best ceviches in Miami! Their causa is equally delicious, and the drinks did not disappoint. The cucumber mule was refreshing and perfectly tangy.
The service was exceptional; truly on par with a high-end restaurant. It’s rare to find great service in Miami, but our waiter was friendly, knowledgeable, and fast.
10/10 — highly recommend!
Posted some pictures but the ceviche did not make it to the picture ! Next time .
The servers are very energetic for the most part. They’ll offer you drinks, sides and desserts.
Booth seating is very comfortable. It can be very loud on a Friday night. I would come back and recommend to others.
Chicken Causa is a very large portion easily 3-4 people. All food portions were large. Dessert portion was small.
