Our family favorite! We love Little Tokyo and their service this year has been nothing but perfect even on busier days whenever we would eat in! Their food is always consistent as far as the bentos go, and we have eaten both in the resto and have had their food to go! Thankful for their kind staff, especially Mikayla, Brenda, Nathan, Eugee, Phoenix, and everyone who has catered to our family. Context: we have visited here a number of times and it is the most welcoming and accommodating restaurant that my brother with special needs loves! They are always so thoughtful and remember his name/order whenever we are here, bringing us extra napkins, cutlery, and being attentive to our needs whenever we ask. We love sitting in the booths – for bigger parties there is a waitlist I think, clarify a reserve ahead of time during peak hours or if you are celebrating. We were once tucked in the corner near the fridge a that was a little cramped, but they gave us free edamame on the house and were thoughtful when accommodating our orders even though it was crazy busy! Our go to for takeout usually consists of either the two or three item bento – big portions to share!

I was craving salmon and decided to try this place for the first time — and I’m so glad I did! I ordered the blackened salmon with pesto pasta and got the sauce on the side. It took just a few minutes since everything is made fresh, which I really appreciated.
The customer service was amazing. As a first timer, I showed them a photo I saw on Yelp and they helped me customize my plate exactly how I wanted it. They were patient, helpful, and super kind.
The salmon was perfectly seasoned and not dry at all — which is hard to get right! It was juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right.
I wish I took a better photo, but it smelled so good I dug in right away I only managed to snap a quick pic after I had already taken it apart. It was soooo delicious and absolutely satisfied my craving. I’ll definitely be back!

We received our meals within five minutes of placing our order during the lunchtime rush on a Friday afternoon. The food was tasty and flavorful but not life changing. Still, I would give five stars for the overall combination of quality, speed, and the pleasant customer service.

The food was EXCELLENT, and very fresh! definitely a great portion size! Very happy with the amount of chicken and side that goes with it. A lot of different menu options make for the desire for repeat visits. The penne pasta side was exceptionally good. and I really enjoyed the jalapeño garlic sauce. Workers were friendly and our food came out in a very timely manner. This Dr knows the cure to appease my appetite. Will definitely be back to Grubb again;)

Great spot if you’re looking for a healthy spot to eat at! I doordashed my order and received white rice instead of brown rice, but I forgive them because the quality food is decent and I appreciate the variety of healthy options and even larger variety of delicious sauces! My friend got the tomato pesto sauce which I do recommend trying as well.

Dr Grubb’s is consistently with quality fresh and flavorful food! The staff is amazing with prompt service. Overall, the ambiance is very chill and relaxed, which is made even better by their ample portions of their plates. We ordered the blackened salmon and chicken satay.

Busy place for a Thursday lunch. Service was fast and there wasn’t a wait for a table for myself. The food was good. I ordered the Blackened Tofu w/ white herb rice and garlic aioli. I wish it was firmer, little too mushy for me. Missing a little flavor. The garlic aioli really made this dish. Would be bland without it. It was filling, had a little leftover.
The ambiance was chill w/ big screens in there w/ sports (I think haha, long overdue review). Waiter was super friendly and recommended my dish to me. Would recommend this place.

Wow, wow, I recently dined, and I must say, the food was outstanding! Each dish was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. The ingredients were fresh, and the presentation was beautiful. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. From appetizers to desserts, every bite was delightful. I highly recommend this restaurant for a fantastic dining experience! Five stars!

I ordered blackened chicken, and potatoes and I wait over 30 mins for this, I had a ordered ahead of other ppl and a famiy, every one was seated and was served their food before I got mine.this is how it looked. I recommend not ordering to go. I want to say I was patience 20 mins in I asked for a update for my order the waitress said about 8 more mins I heard in the balc kicked the cook yell out 16. So this was my first time coming here
