Great restaurant with a large selection of menu items. I had a frozen eggnog drink with whiskey and it was good, but it was not as slushy as I had wanted. The green Chile meat loaf was good and had a unique flavor that was tasty. I would definitely come back here for another meal. I think a smaller menu and breakfast all day would help this place be even better though.

Service was polite and attentive. There is also a patio dining area, and a bar area that can be reserved for private parties.

There is also a butcher shop attached to it that has a great selection of meats, sausages and more.

I had the opportunity to visit Dr. Field Goods a few times at its original Cerrillos Road location and more recently at its new, more upscale venue.

The initial experience at the original location was delightful. The “skinny burger” was not only substantial but also incredibly tasty. The cafe had a cozy, almost eclectic charm, attracting a mix of artists and “outcast” types, contributing to a truly “jive vibe.” There was no bar, which added to its unique, intimate atmosphere.

However, my recent visit to the new location was a letdown. While the establishment now boasts an upscale aesthetic and attracts a similar upscale clientele, the changes have come at a cost. The “skinny burger” is now pricier at around $19 and noticeably smaller, offering less value for money. The quality of the burger itself was underwhelming, especially when compared to burgers from renowned burger joints in other states.

Overall, I felt Dr. Field Goods has sacrificed its distinctive charm and value in favor of a more polished image. While I’m glad I experienced it in its prime, the new iteration left me disappointed.

This place was recommended twice in the same week, so I stopped in. I very much enjoyed everything that I ate, and felt it was all well made. The steak was very delicious, as was the flan. I’ll definitely be returning to work through the menu.

Dr. Field Goods in Santa Fe never disappoints! We had some amazing pizzas along with their guacamole and queso dip—both were incredible. One of the things I love is how easy it always is to get in, plus they have a great bar with lots of cocktails to choose from.

What really sets this place apart is the freshness and quality of the food. All of their ingredients are sourced from small New Mexico farms, which makes it extra special knowing you’re eating local, fresh, and supporting our community.

If you’re looking for a spot with great food, a fun atmosphere, and a true local flavor, Dr. Field Goods is the place.

First of all the audience is great staff is great but the food well, I ordered the not so BLT and I wanted to send it back because it looked like a hamburger. He said that is the BLT give it a chance I bid into this burger, and my mind was blown. All I could taste was a BLT. Yes it was that good. We also had salmon and salad and the salmon was cookedto order. The only thing I gotta say is the drinks are a little bit pricey but it’s Santa Fe. Would we come back absolutely especially for the pudding bread!

This is a restaurant that has been in Santa Fe for some time now.

It has recently moved from one location of town to another. It now is close to it downtown (Place) area.

This is the trendy tourist part of Santa Fe which tends to bring prices up.

The food was okay, service was great ( I what for lunch and the business was not busy). Prices to me did not justify the quality of the food. I can only assume the prices was based on location.

Overall It was an acceptable experience but the cost once again was not justifiable to me.

Really good food, casual atmosphere, excellent service by our waiter Juan. Super attentive but not overly. He noticed my mom’s knife was a bit dirty and replaced it without prompting. It’s the little details that make a difference. My green Chile chicken enchiladas were excellent and mom loved her salmon. Then I had a homemade flan and it was gorgeous! We’ll definitely be back!

It’s confusing with their not changing the name inside and outside of this restaurant although they’ve been there running business for months. They do have “Dr. Field Goods” right behind the reception area and on the menus it also says Dr. Field Goods.

We have been to Santa Fe Bar and Grill several times and we always had a decent time. It seems Dr. Field Goods continues with some of the dishes Santa Fe Bar and Grill used to have.

The atmosphere is basically the same. Our dishes today were pretty good. The quality was better than the original restaurant. Our waiter had a bit of dry humor, not overly friendly or welcoming, but we were okay with that.

Given the food was pretty good, we would give it another try in the future. If the overall experience would be worse than today, we probably won’t be going back.

Probably one of the best restaurants in town, the bone marrow had a lot of flavor and was paired with excellent herb bread. The muscles had an amazing sauce with chorizo on top. The pizza was perfectly balanced and had a great taste with pepperoni and italian sausage. Highly recommend to anyone in Santa Fe.

There are tons of options in Santa Fe, but this place gets my repeat business for the quality of the food, speed of delivery, and solid service. Hanger steak and frites is a can’t-miss. Meals are very filling and can be heavy, so ask if you’re looking for something lighter. Don’t sleep on the $2 mimosa brunch special!
