Absolutely horrible. We got a chicken strip basket and a burger combo. The parking lot was empty. No one in the drive-through. We got right up to order but were told to wait and they would be right with us. After about 3-5 minutes they took our order. We waited 15 minutes for our food. We got back to our hotel, which is right beside them. Everything was cold and old. We didn’t get the gravy for the basket. They even figured out a way to make the toast taste horrible. We took one bite of everything, threw it in the trash, and went across the street to Wings Etc. $30 down the drain.

One star because it won’t let me do no stars!!! I order from them a lot through door dash and the order wasn’t correct and they refused to make it right because apparently their screen and door dash screen weren’t the same so instead of replacing the sandwich they refused! The girl was very rude about the whole situation. It was one of my most favorite places to eat, but after this incident will never order there again!

I stopped in on Saturday 4/19 to pick up a cake. There was only one left. A worker saw me looking. She came over and offered to help. It was late at night 9:15pm. She didn’t have to go above and beyond but she did. She was so friendly and helpful. I wish I would have caught her name but I believe she may have been the manager. I just want to thank her for going above and beyond and making my son’s birthday extra special.

WHOEVER WAS IN DRIVE THRU TONIGHT, YOU NEED TO GET OUT OF THE SERVICE INDUSTRY! VERY RUDE AND SNAPPY. LOOKED AT ME LIKE I HAD A HAND GROWING OUT OF MY FACE. Came through the drive through around 3:30 on 8/21/22. Ordered two medium blizzards. Got one correct one, but one was incorrect. Sent it back and explained it is not the one we ordered. Employee looked mad and confused. We waited a few minuets to get the correct blizzard.. It was not until we got home that we realized that the blizzard we got was in-fact not a medium, but a small with an even smaller cup inside that had the blizzard in it.. Its nice to be ripped off when you politely say your order was incorrect. Wont be back for a while unfortunately.

Super uncool, girl who acted like she was on hard drugs couldn’t take our order properly, messed it up, when we politely asked for them to correct it she had to get her manager to give us our correct change back, and still shorted us by $2.00. We waited at the window for 15 minutes… ALL FOR OUR BLIZZARDS TO NOT BE MIXED. They only topped our blizzards with toppings and didn’t even mix them so it was pretty much all vanilla icecream.
