I was so disappointed that this place has went down hill so fast. This used to be one of our favorite places to eat. Some of the employees seem like they are there just to have a job but no customer service. We ordered the burger with the crispy onions and there were a couple on mine and none on my wife’s. We ordered hot fudge sundaes and we got a very little hot fudge. And the burgers was not very hot. I truly hope that this will go back to the way it used to be. I will be going to another restaurant until this happens. Don’t mean to complain but I had to let you know.

My wife worked at a Dairy Queen as a teenager, and is incredibly particular about her DQ (her boss was extremely strict). She usually orders what I think is a little complicated for a sundae, but this place nailed it perfectly. Just the right amount of toppings so it doesn’t drip over the side of the cup, but enough to make you feel like you got your money’s worth. Pleasant kids working the drive thru as well.

The food was good but the service not so mostly because of one person it was busy there was two kids working and they were working hard a guy and a girl but there was a line and they were little bit busy drive-thru was full and then in walked a third employee she clocked in I wish I got her name she was a black girl and we all thought awesome they got another person here now they’ll get the line going and the food coming out quicker nope!! She clocked in stood right beside the register playing on her phone while there was a line and the other two employees were busting their butts after about 4 minutes or so she just left and I heard the other employees asking where did she go again why did she clock in and leave again even heard one say she’s probably hiding again you could tell these two were very annoyed and them two employees apologize to us on behalf of the other person profusely and it wasn’t their fault but it still ended up taking probably 15 minutes to get our food inside all because of that other employee. We come here a decent amount but it’s probably going to be a little while before we come again the past couple times service has not been great and it’s mainly that one person. Hopefully the owners read this and can rectify the problem cuz we would come back but if you have an employee like that it’s going to affect reviews look at the AI generated summary it says employees tend to be rude it’s specifically one employee that I’ve came across a few times.

I live 2 minutes down the road from dairy queen. I went through the drive thru. There was 3 or 4 cars ahead of me, so I had to wait 10 minutes which is understandable. But im assuming they made the ice cream as soon as I ordered which would be fine if the people didn’t order food that took 10 minutes to make. So by the time I get my ice cream and to my house 2 minutes down the road, it looked like that…….melted. Or the ice cream machine wasn’t working right. Either way, my entire family’s ice cream was melted. Maybe time your orders a little better. Or fix your ice cream maker.

I was really disappointed with my visit. The food was overpriced for what you get, and the service was painfully slow even though it looked like they had a full kitchen and plenty of staff. Nothing about the experience felt worth the money, and I definitely won’t be returning.
Very unpleasant. Fast food for 2 people here is almost $50. That’s insane.

The past several trips have been very disappointing. We Go back because the chicken and fries are usually good and easiest to eat when not feeling well. However, today was by far the worst experience. It was an extremely long wait to order with only a couple cars. Then waited even longer for our food. The staff was friendly but the food was lukewarm, and our order wasn’t completely right. On top of that we ordered the larger order of fries and got just a few. Not even a handful. We ordered the shrimp basket and a 6 piece chicken basket,the chicken only had 4 strips instead. So barely any fries, missing strips and lukewarm/cold food. Last several trips have been similar.

My husband ordered 2 6 piece chicken strips, they gave him 1 6 piece and the other was a 4 piece! He told them he needed 1 of the 2 cheeseburgers he ordered only ketchup and they gave both with everything on them! They overloaded them with so much mustard too! The medium cup of vanilla ice cream with sprinkles wasn’t even full! This place has gone down hill! Prices are higher and you get less product! Do better!! We’re done eating at the one in Logan!

I literally told the person taking my order no cheese three times and it was even on the receipt. And cheese was still put on my sandwich. After getting home and finding out that there was cheese on my sandwich I called and complained. They’re going to reimburse me with a new sandwich whenever I stop in again. I can understand a little screw up here and there if you’re busy. But when I was the only one in line and still waited 10 minutes for my food, I was not happy. This is the only real screw up that I have seen from them in a while
