Now THAT’S service!! The staff is on point! We came through on a Saturday evening on our way back from vacation in NM. We were greeted pleasantly as soon as we walked in. Our order was correct and everything was fresh and HOT! The place was clean. Bathrooms are nice. When we left they even told us thank you for coming and God bless you. Best DQ experience ever!

We stopped as we were traveling to get a late lunch early dinner and was told today was there last day opened. The store was a bit dirty but the bathrooms were just plain nasty. The food was what we expected but they had no ice cream…. I asked if they were becoming a McDonald’s. Lol

Very run down inside and out. Bathrooms were smelly and doors couldn’t be locked—posted signage said don’t lock they won’t unlock. Friendly person at ordering but our order and others were incorrect even with the correct order taken. Knee high grass in the yard, dirty windows…keep going if your traveling.

Multiple lights out makes the dining room dim (one flickering like a strobe). Gagged upon walking into the mens room. Half of the available tables were dirty. Currently waiting over 20 mins and still no food while employees visibly stand around and chat at the register area (only 2 other groups in the lobby and no drive thru line of note). Windows look like they are coated with dried milk. Multiple TVs in the dining area but all are turned off. Employees playing music on their phones while serving customers (multiple music styles at once clashing and making for mere noise). Signs stating mask required per county law, when no such state, county, or municipal mandate exists in this area. Gave a 2nd star because when the food came it was good.

Ordered at the drive-thru, was the only customer there at the time, waited 15-20 minutes for my food and it comes out like this.
If you wouldn’t eat it yourself, don’t put it on someone else’s sandwich. Won’t be returning.

I have eaten here a few times and every time it has been poor. The ice cream is the only pro. The employees are not busy. No smiling faces or welcome. The restaurant and restrooms are dirty. Flies everywhere. The restroom stinks and you stick to the floor. The food is edible but tastes like overcooked cardboard. Certainly can’t recommend them to anyone. As its few and far between to another place…

The store is a little older yes, needs some maintenance with dimmer dining room. Coke machine ice doesn’t work. Bathroom smells really bad and backed up smell.

Ordered a burger. Hair on it. Not even sure if the “beef” patties had seen the grill. They were almost completely raw and discolored mystery meat. The taste was putrid!!! I don’t know how DQ passes any food quality inspections. This is criminal. I took one bite and threw the whole meal in the trash. Avoid this place at all costs. I would have rather thrown ~$15 in the trash!
