I normally don’t leave reviews. But I had to on this one because everyone should know before they eat here. I visited this facility on 12/06/2025 and 12/07/2025. The picture is of my 12/07/2025 visit i didn’t take on 12/06/2025. I just happen to notice on 12/07/2025 that this facility had not even cleaned the Dining area where customers sit. The fry in the booth is sat in on Saturday was still there on Sunday along with the pink beanie under the booth just across from where sat on Saturday. You may want to avoid this place. If they aren’t cleaning the Customer Dining area. Can you imagine what the kitchen area looks like?

Look, I know fast food employees don’t get paid enough. I get it. But when you have seven — and yes, I counted them — people in the kitchen who ALL see customers standing in line while nobody takes their order for several minutes… yeah, we walked out. At least acknowledge us FFS.

Customer service there was terrible. I drive up to the window and was immediately told “go ahead.” No hello no welcome just go ahead. Then when I proceeded to say hello I was told again “go ahead” then was cut off while ordering just for them to get it wrong. Management was also not good with problem solving, after expressing my frustrations with my experience and order I was told “well I say hi to guest when I take orders” no accountability or apology at all.

Took nearly 40 mins to get through the drive thru to where I could use the bathroom and come back to the car, and it still being in the same area. Didn’t put whipped cream on the malts. Fast food more like slow food. Have a nice day, you rule going bk next time.

No matter the time of day, busy or not it takes 20 minutes minimum to get food. God help you if you use the drive through, you’ll sit behind someone at the pick up window for another 10-15 minutes while your food gets good and cold. Today and employee refused to take a gift card as payment because no one in the building knew how to run a gift card. Astonishing.

By looking at the reviews I thought this place was going to be a disaster. The food came quick, the ice cream was huge, the cheese curds were perfect but the burger was a bit cold.

I pulled up with my brother on the 3rd of July and someone immediately approached our vehicle and told us we can’t be in the parking lot for the fireworks. No big deal but we were still going inside to get something to eat and we were waiting for our sister and her family coming in a different vehicle. Some guy was really intent on making sure we weren’t loitering. When we went inside the employees seemed to be on their last thread. My brother made an order and they gave him a number on a placard as though they were going to bring it out but then they didn’t. One of the employees just started yelling the items that he purchased and he brought the placard up and handed it to the guy, and astonishingly the guy ask him if that was his order. My brother said I don’t know, is that the meal for my number? The guy handed the food and ice cream to my brother’s chest which really made him angry. I said to the lady behind the counter, beautiful day isn’t it? She gave me a dull stare with no reaction. My peanut butter cup blizzard was absolutely perfect but they did not turn it upside down which who knows maybe that’s not what they do at this particular Dairy Queen but I know it’s a Dairy Queen type thing to do. While I was having ice cream my sisters order for her and her family was brought out by a young adult who asked them if this was their order. My brother said I don’t know, what’s on the tray? The employee slammed the trade down kind of hard and walked away without responding. Then a completely different family who I had no association to stormed out of the place yelling and swearing because apparently service was refused after they complained about poor service. After sometime sitting there, I realized there were a ton of people like literally half a foot off the parking lot cooking with charcoal grills and stuff all hanging out and I think their vehicles were in the parking lot. My brother speculated that they might have been trying to kick everybody out of the parking lot because they were saving room for immediate family? It didn’t make sense to me in any case why they were rushing us out but not others. I chalk it up to a bunch of people that didn’t want to work during the fireworks but if management sees this maybe you should look into your employees that were working that day because they had very poor service skills.
