Slowest drive thru ever. My finace came yesterday for Happy Hour, he works from home and took a break to go, it was a quarter til 4. He got in the drive thru and waited so long, I feel like they take 1 order at a time and make it the order in front of you before they take the next order. Anyhow by the time he got the speaker it was like 4:01. The girl was rude and refused to honor happy hour prices. He explained he was in the drive thru line BEFORE 4. The girl who took his order was rude and said I “it expired before she took his order”. It bothers me because we live at cobblestone down the road, and come to this dairy queen ALOT. I mean we have kids we buy blizzards, boxes of dilly bars Cupcakes, and we buy lunch often because my finace loves the flamethrower burgers. We come alot more than just happy hour. The drive thru line is ALWAYS so slow. One time we had guests visiting who gave up waiting because this dairy queen was so busy and so slow. Especially in the summer. We will now be taking our business to the Mentor Avenue location. There was no reason she couldn’t honor happy hour, and he wasted his work break for nothing. He decided not to get drinks because we literally just paid 2,000$ for our rent. It was not very mindful. And again we come there ALOT. Also Steak and Shake has happy hour 2-4, so next time he is on a work break he can go there. Very disappointed as we are obsessed with dairy queen and the girl at the drive through, her energy SUCKED! Boo! UPDATE: not sure why I decided to give this dairy queen another try, what is the point of ordering on the app if you still have to come there and wait for them to make it, im sorry, but the staff is just not competent here, your management needs some serious help. Update: came for a large Chocolate Shake and they couldn’t even make it the correct way. This Dairy Queen is trash, so embarrassing to be a customer there. Im gonna keep going to the other ones, I tried to give it another shot. Lazy people. Pictured is their “Large chocolate shake” ive never felt such annoying negative feelings towards a chain like this.

As you can see in the photo attached, the gentleman in the back making food has very long hair that is not put up or covered with a hairnet and while making my food he did not have on gloves. He just kept grabbing things with the same set of tongs that’s cross contamination so basically I just spent $15 on two sandwiches that I’m not even going to be able to eat Highly disappointing. I come to this Dairy Queen all the time and normally it’s very clean. Everybody’s very well kept up has their hair up and everything do better.

I had my mouth watering for onion rings and maple cookie. I went on the website because I knew Maple cookie was seasonal and per the website you had it I drive all the way there to find out not only do they not have the maple cookie they don’t have onion rings either I was not going to get anything but they had already made my sandwich before I even finish my order or anything really not a good look

These past few days have been horrible with service. I have gotten the wrong order multiple times from them but by the time I realize I have the wrong order they are closed due to me getting off work late. The first incident was with a Sunday. I asked for strawberry and they were out so I said hot fudge and they gave me a milkshake not a hot fudge Sunday the second I asked for BBQ strips but got buffalo and now I cant get them cause due to dietary restrictions I cant eat anything spicy and buffalo falls under it . Would not recommend anymore the best way to fix this is to train and work with your workers better

I swear every time I go to this Dairy Queen something is messed up. But I’m not one to write reviews or complain.. However I’m annoyed. My blizzard tonight was melted when I got home.. there’s no way it melted in my 5 minute drive home considering my two other ice cream cups were perfectly fine. (Picture show two kids cups not melted but melted choco strawberry blizzard). Do better Diamond Center Dairy Queen.

Wow.words cannot describe it. everyone in the place hates their job. I get it it’s fast food but my god at least try. Food sucks service sucks the whole experience sucked. Not the first time was there some time a couple months back and it was just like this visit. I can tell you that I won’t be back. Jobs are so easy to get why would you stay there if you’re that unhappy.
