Our order somehow got messed up when we ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes and a regular sized onion ring. We got 2 ice creams with fudge and a plain vanilla. I’m not sure if it was my accent or what but I’ll try harder next time. The ice cream was still delicious. And the staff was still pleasant.

Brought my kids here to get ice cream since we all had a free day. However the girl at the register kept looking at me I wasn’t sure if she was working the register or just standing there she never once said I could help who’s ever next etc. She said something to the girl next to her and they both looked at me and she excused her and that’s when I was told I can take your order. But the way that little girl looked at me with the stupidest ignorant look on her face I told my kids let’s go.

Definitely love this place. Quick Drive Thru service. Good customer service. Bigger DT and faster in and out process. If you go during a busy time and if your order is ready then you wouldn’t have to wait and they bring it out to you.

The burgers are consistently good. They taste like my childhood 40 years ago. I love the charbroiled flavor. Other DQs are not this good!!

They don’t make things correctly. Their moolattes taste like milkshakes like they’re not using any coffee syrup. The give out frozen brownies when you order a warm brownie with ice cream. They’re gravy is always so watery.

This is the worst Drive thru line, took 30 minutes start to finish. This location cannot be claimed as fast food. Employees cannot hear through the headset and have to constantly ask to speak louder even when you’re yelling basically. Do not recommend if you don’t have all day to waste. Food is good but restaurant needs help.
