I ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday from the Dairy Queen website. I requested a picture be printed on the cake. The store called me the day of the party stating they didn’t have the proper printer to print the image for the cake. They let me know they checked all bakeries within a reasonable area and had no luck getting the image printed from any other bakery. I was disappointed at first because it was supposed to be a frozen theme for my daughter’s birthday. They said they had some frozen cake decor they would be able to use and could do Tye dye piping to match the frozen theme. I figured my daughter would never know and it would be fine.
It was more than fine! The cake looked great in the end! The lady on the phone was so kind and apologetic and the store employees that assisted me with pick up were great as well. My daughter LOVED her cake. The staff here went above and beyond & made a 6 year olds day perfect!

This is exactly why I don’t eat out that much. I ordered the shrimp basket. The food was good but the amount of food they give you is not worth it and the presentation was even worse. My food wasn’t even in a bag when they brought it out to me. I had to go back to the counter to ask for a bag. When I looked at my meal, I thought I had ordered a kids meal. Dairy Queen you got to do better.

The OWNERS here are great at making u feel like friends dropping by for a quick bite
Food is always fresh n very tasty!
Update : this last time was not so friendly. The male in drive thru was on his phone the entire time. He simply reached out with open hand for my payment… not stating how much or even a greeting.
Didn’t give my drink until after the meal was handed out. Could’ve been sipping my drink while waiting.
Gave my meal, drink, receipt & card with one hand, without a word to me. While still chatting on the phone with the other hand, he simply shut the window. No greeting, no asking if I need condiments, not one word!
Was NOT busy as I was the only customer inside or out.
Update: after frequenting the DQ closet to home several times… I returned here and just like before…

U get assembled food, not slapped together in hast. Just look at my burger pics!
I ate the cheese curds before photographing, they were piping hot and the crispy thin breading was addictive… teeheehee

We always have a good experience when we come here. The drive-through is fast. The food is always very good. They have a great selection of ice cream cakes. The inside is clean. The bathrooms are clean. We really enjoyed dining in.

My favorite flavor for Blizzards is now the Dipped Chocolate Strawberry with Ghirardelli! I have always mixed chocolate and strawberry flavors whenever I could but this is even better than that. If you get a chance, try one!
