I will never eat at your establishment again the wait time was ridiculous then to get home to eat My meal and open the box to a piece of bread with butter that wasn’t even toasted the fries hard as rock I always get the chicken tender basket and the gravy cup wasn’t even full I paid almost 10 bucks for food I had to throw away I will not be coming back I have tried 3 times now and still the food is sub par made no effort what so ever in customer satisfaction for being a busy place the food should be great …

Worst experience ever in a dairy queen. Chloe took my order, it was right on the receipt, but they only wanted to give a few things we ordered. The bacon on the bacon cheeseburger was literally raw, the toast wasnt cut like it was supposed to be in the chicken strip dinner, and I watched them make a chocolate milkshake by blending swirl Icecream. Just threw most of our food away from either being undercooked or just down right terrible. However the workers are good at being on their phones. Beware of this place, if you do order food for your kids make sure to check that it isnt raw.

Waited 3rd in line at the drive thru for 20-25 minutes after placing order before driving off. No lunch for my lunch break – thanks DQ. Happened about 2 years ago, as well. Was returning to see if the service was any better, but alas, it still sucks.

Need to do something different for drive through.if people have large Cook orders have them pull to the curbside. We waited almost 30min. For 2small cones. And a lot of people were pulling out of line and left. Not good business.

ordered 2 6 piece bbq tender baskets, and a double cheese burger. As I pulled out I realized I didn’t get the double cheese burger. No big deal, I walked back in and they gave it to me. Got home and realized we didn’t get gravy in either basket and we only had 4 tenders in each basket. Spent $30 and waited a long time. Very disappointed. We live to far to drive back tonight.
