We went through the drive-through and ordered a chocolate milkshake and a small blizzard. The milkshake tasted terrible- like no milkshake we’d ever had before. It didn’t seem to be well mixed and the “chocolate” had a weird taste. The small blizzard tasted OK but the cup was only maybe 2/3 filled.

Worst experience ever in a dairy queen. Chloe took my order, it was right on the receipt, but they only wanted to give a few things we ordered. The bacon on the bacon cheeseburger was literally raw, the toast wasnt cut like it was supposed to be in the chicken strip dinner, and I watched them make a chocolate milkshake by blending swirl Icecream. Just threw most of our food away from either being undercooked or just down right terrible. However the workers are good at being on their phones. Beware of this place, if you do order food for your kids make sure to check that it isnt raw.

I hate to be one of these people usually I’m a nice person but this place is so unprofessional honestly . 30 minutes for a small order (it was just sitting there) asked for large fries and got a small. Wanted to wait until later to eat our ice cream and when I went back to ask 3 people were standing there ignoring me while literally staring at me. On top of all that we received our ice cream slammed on the table with an eye roll.

Got BBQ glazed chicken tenders…or so that’s how they’re advertised. This, my friend, is BBQ drizzled baby not glazed. Very disappointed. Waited much longer than usual why employees ask us twice what we were waiting on

I waited 30 minutes for my food, and when I got it, it was ice cold, flies were flying around the employees and my food giving the environment a gross undertone. One employee overflowed my Blizzard, then slammed it on the counter, which sent the over flow onto the cup and counter. Tables weren’t clean, food was gross, and employees have no idea what they are doing never come to this place

Either hit or miss. Ordered 2 blizzards, got one and it was half full. Had to wait for ever for the second one. People who came in after us was getting thier orders. They was concentrating on the drive thru, and had at least 8 customers standing in line that was totally ignored. A few of them ended up leaving

I will never eat at your establishment again the wait time was ridiculous then to get home to eat My meal and open the box to a piece of bread with butter that wasn’t even toasted the fries hard as rock I always get the chicken tender basket and the gravy cup wasn’t even full I paid almost 10 bucks for food I had to throw away I will not be coming back I have tried 3 times now and still the food is sub par made no effort what so ever in customer satisfaction for being a busy place the food should be great …

I waited in the drive thru for 42 minutes for a burger, cheese curds and a brownie blizzard. The blizzard was made first so it was melted when the food arrived. The curds were all melted together and barely cooked. No tomato on burger. The brownie blizzard had NO brownies at all and far too many chocolate pieces. 42 MINUTES!! Very disappointed! A complete waste of nearly $15!

I keep trying to give this place chance after chance, but I’m officially done. Every time we go here it’s either a ridiculously messed up order or an enormous wait time in the drive thru (waited 45 minutes a few minths ago when we were the 3rd car from the speaker when we got in line. They don’t know what they’re doing.)
Tonight we went in and ask for an oreo blizzard with blue cookie crunch cone dip added. We do this all the time with regular cone dip. The guy at the speaker says “no, you can’t do that. We can’t put it in blizzards because we’re trying to save the cone dip for free cone day on March 20.” Sooo…. I can’t pay you to enjoy something because you want to give it away in 3 weeks? Fine. Weird, but whatever. My daughter really wants to try it, so instead I’ll just get her regular ice cream. I’m driving and she’s 10 minutes away, so a cone won’t work. I say “I’ll just take a cup of vanilla with the blue cookie cone dip then please.”
“Nope. ☠️ The only way I can sell that is on a dipped cone.”
WHAT???
A cup of ice cream is the same exact thing – I just don’t want the cone. I have never seen such weird gate-keeping of an ingredient in my life. Every other DQ is serving up amazing products with this ingredient, and you have it but refuse to sell it?
There is no doubt in my mind that this place ONLY stays in business because there’s so few options in town. We won’t be giving them any more of our money.
