By far the best bar I’ve been to in the area. Incredible drink selection, fantastic atmosphere and great staff. With 3 pool tables , shuffle board and 3 dart boards you’ll have a blast with whatever you like to do. They also have a great heated patio with plenty of tvs to catch every game. Can’t wait to grab another drink and meet new friends. Recommend this bar to anyone and everyone (21 and over of course)

Wish there were better bartenders. There are a few ladies who are super friendly and have a great vibe but the men need an attitude adjustment and need to learn how to treat patrons. The main guy is very unapproachable and isnt friendly, isnt easy to order from as you feel rushed especially when you arent sure what you want. Bountiful has been my home town. Wish I had a place I felt more comfortable going to. Have to go to Salt Lake just to get a decent experience. HandleBar has really came through for us especially with friendly bar staff and their willingness to take your order and offer suggestions. Could be a really fun place if they got rid of the hostility holding things down.

Stumbled upon this gem after an hour on the stair stepper one night.. coming from outside of Utah this bar is the closest I get to home. It’s a real dive bar with exceptional hospitality, that has kept my friend and I coming back night after night.
Some night we go just to hangout with the staff no drinking involved. Other nights? Well that’s a different story. Make sure you try this place out it could be the “third place” you’re looking for.

Small bar but not crowded even on a Saturday night. The service was great. They have dart boards and pool. There were many tvs with one on a local college football game. They only serve food until 9 pm so order early if planning to stay until they close. There is an outside bar area where they were allowing smoking with it’s own bar area. I am not sure about live music, there wasn’t any on the Saturday night that I was there and I don’t recall seeing a stage. The place is not well marked and is in the basement of a membership bar like the Eagles or Elks, I’m not sure which. Very confusing to be taken to a private bar by google maps, but you are in the right place. The only sign of any sort that I saw was off to the side and not lit. However it was raining pretty hard when I arrived so it may be easier to see the sign on a clear night.

I don’t ever hang out in Bountiful. I randomly came here with friends. The place has a dingy griminess that I kind of dig and I understand the vibe. The service was super attentive, welcoming, and all around great. I enjoyed the drinks. I did enjoy the community vibe. You can tell that local folks frequent the spot and everyone seemed to know everyone. If I am back in the area I’ll visit.

I uber here because it’s a great place, I pay 50$ to get here and back home before drinks just to be in this environment. It’s a must do on anyone’s bucket list, or just a place to go in general.

Tried to enjoy a wedding next door, but the bar’s outdoor patio was billowing cigarette smoke over the fence the whole time. I asked people to stop, but they ignored me completely. Unfortunate that the business allows this kind of disrespectful behavior right beside someone’s special day.
