We were referred here by people on the street who said the food is phenomenal. I was really skeptic when I walked in. I love a good dive bar for drinking. The place didn’t look so clean to be serving delicious meals. BOY, I WAS WRONG! Clara, our server, was so nice and took the time to talk to us as busy as she was. We got the prime rib with sprouts and the Jamaican chicken with sprouts. My God, both melted in our mouths! The chicken was so tender you could cut it with a fork! I can’t say enough about the food. The beers were cold and perfect.
The food was so good that my husband wanted to come back the next night for the pot pie! (Clara described it perfectly for him as he loves pot pies. But the pork chops won out!)
We’d come back here again in a heartbeat!

This is hands down one of the best places around. Drove all the way 1 hour to be here. The food, the ambience, the music, everything is to perfection. It’s like a hidden gem in plain sight.
The live music make it so much better.

Two friends and I dropped in for dinner! We each had the 12-ounce ribeye and it was without doubt the best steak I have ever had! The roasted veggies were delish also! Drinks and staff were awesome!

We popped in here to grab a late dinner on a one night stay in Tupelo for a work trip. I was intrigued by the menu since I realized I had never been to a restaurant that specialized in Australian cuisine. Didn’t realize Indian food was part of the equation but it made sense once I thought about it due to the ties to Great Britain! It’s got a dive bar feel and is located in a basement giving the “down under” name a cheeky double entendre. Had some very good butter chicken and enjoyed the spooky vibes.

I have only been here three times but each time was great. The two ladies at the bar always make me feel like I’m the only person there. When you get older you search for places that make you feel wanted. This place has great food and drinks but also great servers that make you want to come back and see what you’ll enjoy next. Very unique and cool place to eat and hang out. The wagyu burger, chicken skewers, sea bass, roasted mushrooms, and Charcuterie Board were amazing!!!
