This tasty eatery is located in the Cheongdam Food Hall and offers a variety of delectable sandwiches, burgers, and appetizers. Being that it was our first time trying this place out, the cashier was very helpful when ordering our food. We decided on the Downtowner Cheeseburger, the White Truffle Steak Dip, and a cheese sauce on the side to dip our fries in. The burger and steak dip was packed with flavor, cooked very well, and paired perfectly with the seasoned fries. The nacho cheese sauce was so good, we couldn’t stop dipping our fries in it. The au jus was a tad bit on the salty side for my liking, but I actually preferred eating the sandwich without it. The food’s reasonably priced, portion-sizes were plentiful, and our bellies left happy and full.

Downtowner is located inside a bustling food court-style setup with several different food outlets to choose from. Seating is shared among all the vendors and can be tough to come by, especially during peak hours. I ended up taking my food to go since there were no open tables.
I tried the spicy chicken sandwich with fries. Portion size and quality were both solid, but the flavor just wasn’t quite what I was expecting—it didn’t hit the mark for me personally. That said, the ingredients seemed fresh and well-prepared, so I think others might really enjoy it depending on their taste preferences.
Service was very friendly, and prices were fair, though hard to compare since standalone food courts like this are a bit rare in Las Vegas outside malls and casinos. Parking can be tricky—you’ll probably need to use the lot behind the building. The location itself is nice, right across from the park.
I’d come back and give it another shot, maybe try a hamburger next time. Will update this review if I do!

I recommend the Dip n’ Bite Burger and Animal Style Fries. The burger was juicy and even better dipped into the rich cheese sauce. If you want to try a Korean style on fries, I loved the bulgogi-flavored Animal Style Fries. Comforting and sweet.

While driving around, we stumbled upon a new burger joint that recently opened at a familiar spot. This location houses several food businesses, but this place was new to us since our last visit. Intrigued, we decided to try it out. We ordered the Parmesan garlic fries and the Umami Burger, and both were absolutely phenomenal. The flavors were bold, fresh, and perfectly balanced. The customer service was equally impressive, friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Everything about this experience exceeded our expectations, and we’re already looking forward to returning to explore more of their menu. This place is a hidden gem that truly surprised us!

* Dip N’ Bite Burger – comes with a truffle + cheese dipping sauce, so indulgent
* Wings: tried the hot honey + parmesan garlic, both solid but I personally loved the hot honey more. They recommended the mango habanero next time. Comes with 3 flats and 3 drums
* Animal Style Fries: crispy onion straws + bulgogi on top = so good
The portions are generous and perfect for sharing, but honestly so tasty you might not want to.
Ambiance has perfect seating and it’s very clean! Always love coming to Cheongdam hall. This is a nice addition.

This place is located inside a Korean food hall here in the Summerlin area. Decided to swing by since with a coworker who wanted to check it out and I have to say all the food here looks good. We decided to try Downtowner and I got the spicy chicken sandwich and it was great. Little messier than I was expecting before going back to work but delicious.
Will definitely be back to try some other menu items as well as some of these other food spots

If you’re a neat eater, this place is not for you. This place is literally finger licking good.
Recommend: Soho Umami Burger, Downtowner Crispy Chicken Sandwich, Animal Fries & Korean Fried Chicken Wings.
This restaurant is inside of a food hall so space is limited however it accommodates every taste bud.
Try the Soho Umami Burger! That burger had my friends and I in a chokehold. So good we had to order one to go!

This is my first time eating at Downtowner & I must say that this is by far a great meal for the price! One awesome feature is that I was able to have an extra patty added to my Classic Cheeseburger with Angus beef! Ivana is also attentive & definitely brings a top-shelf level of kindness to your order!
