The service and atmosphere is so great, the people are so helpful and sweet.
They always try to keep a diverse menu, with many different options available.
The French fries taste so bland. They’re still better than in & out French fries, but that’s not a very high bar tbh.
Teriyaki sauce is often too salty and sweet, it’s overpowering both the rice and chicken.
The burgers are alright. Not amazing, not bad, just standard enough to scratch a burger craving itch.
Their grilled cheese sandwiches (on the rare occasion they do make them) are actually fire.
Their specials are usually solid. Not amazing, not horrible, just solid (a little better than ok).
What they lack in flavor, they make up for in atmosphere and service. Also, their food is usually cheaper than other options on campus, so that probably also plays a role in what they’re able to do with flavors.

Fantastic food at good prices! Delicious and crispy, their tenders one-up places that are more expensive, even at their college prices. They accept tap-to-pay using Square. Fast service using pagers and simple ordering makes Doug’s a breeze to order and collect from. Abundant seating with a wide drink selection and a vending machine for even more options makes it good for bringing friends, too.

Easily the best burger joint in the Eugene/Springfield area. Big portions, affordable prices, friendly staff, delicious food, health protocol compliant, and a diverse menu. Family owned vibe. It’s at a gas station which is weird but kind of adds to the charm.

This place is really cool! You wouldn’t expect something like this next to a gas station. There’s seating inside, a few booths and tables. The teriyaki chicken and impossible burger were yummy and the people here are very friendly!

Kenya Crane
A good price for a great burger and onion rings! The burger came with generous potions of veggies- something hard to find lately. It was beautifully cooked and not greasy! The lightly toasted bun was a truly outstanding touch as well. As for the onion rings, they were the best I’ve ever had. I don’t know how they got the onions to actually stay in the breading when you take a bite, but they did it. And they tasted so light and fluffy almost, but with a satisfying texture to them. 10/10 will go there again. See you sometime for breakfast Doug’s!

The best vegan burger in town, by far. Customizable options. Amazingly kind staff that are always friendly and fun even though they get super busy most days. Great seating options cuz it’s in the dining common of LCC. I’m not a student anymore but I still come back to get a burger sometimes 🙂
