Great barbecue food trailer that’s very popular. Several people were ahead of me at 2:30 in the afternoon, but the service was quick and everyone was taken good care of. The pork was good and served with a mild tomato sauce. The baked beans were also good and the potato salad is very creamy. Being a food trailer, be prepared to eat in the car or find a park. Everything is prepared and packaged thoughtfully to make it neat. They’re usually at the Shell station in Sylacauga but best to check their FB page in case they park somewhere else. Enjoy!

Great ribs, Boston butt, chicken and fish. Great sides. They do plates and large orders. Smoked ham, smoked mac and cheese. Call ahead and order for all your parties or family gatherings. Reasonable prices also. Try them out.

Oh my word the banana pudding! You’ll be eating as slow as you can handle trying to make it last! I know you’re all sold out on the BBQ, but that pudding is amazing. I wondered if it would taste as good as mine, and I have to tell you… it was very, very close! Light pudding with just enough cookies… pure Heaven! I highly recommend!
