We had supper here yesterday. The food was excellent! I had half a pimento cheese sandwich on whole grain bread with lettuce and tomato and a cup of tomato soup with homemade chips. Everything was delicious! I loved the soup. It was rustic and savory, the way I remember tomato soup from childhood. Kellen had a turkey wrap and sweet potato fries. He proclaimed his meal tasty. We shared pimento cheese bites appetizer. I highly recommend it. No room for dessert but they looked fantastic! We’ll definitely return.

Chopped cheese was good they need to use a smaller roll it was mostly bread. Forgot to add the avocado we paid for. Chipotle chicken wrap was decent. Not much flavor kinda wet but edible. Regular fries and sweet potato fries where perfect. Everything was warm and fresh tasting. Service was quick. Establishment was tastefully Decorated for the holidays.

I’ve had amazing food at Doug’s before but decided to try the Julie Smashburger. It was the best cheeseburger I have ever had in my entire life. I have thought about it nonstop since then. Very affordable, and the thousand island dressing really sealed the deal. I won’t go anywhere else for a cheeseburger!

I did a mobile order to pick up at the restaurant, one of the items being a club sandwich without specific ingredients. Once I picked up the order, I noticed that they had given me some type of burger instead so I had gone back in to tell them the situation that they had given me the wrong item. The girl working the front desk was very helpful and nice about the whole situation. The chef in the back was suggesting to his coworkers that I didn’t know what my sandwich had looked like without specific ingredients. I know the difference between a club sandwich without two ingredients compared to some type of burger they offer on the menu. I’ve been to this Doug’s before, I’ve ordered the same thing as usual with no problems at all. I guess I’ll be finding another sandwich spot.

First time there. Ordered the Derby smash burger. Service at First was fast food expected. Gave a 25% tip asked for while paying. You have to walk to the front and wait 10 minutes to get a refill for your ice filled cup and when you finally get back to your food it’s cold.
To add it took so long to get a refill I had to keep dipping back and forth looking at my table to make sure that they didn’t come and take my food away. When I first sat down at my table there was food peices (looked like breaded chicken) on my table and dirty plates on all of the tables around the area.

I got a pimento cheese sandwich with bacon, lettuce and tomato. It was bigger than expected. A lot of pimento cheese but I could not eat the whole thing. But about 20-30 minutes later I was on the toilet. I was cramping very badly, became nauseated and I used the bathroom about 3-4 times within about 30 minutes. I went to bed thinking I could sleep it off but when I got up 4 hours later back to the toilet I went and my stomach feeling uneasy. I’m not 100% sure but I would think that this is food poisoning.

Good burgers, soup and salad. This is my wife’s favorite place. I have the opportunity to therefore eat here often.

I went in not knowing what mac n cheese fries were and I left with my pants miserably tight.

The food is ok, but it is very disappointing that there are no changing tables. There is nowhere to take and change a baby. If your little one needs a diaper change here, you have to do it on the floor or on the floor of the bathroom. I’ve asked management several times, but as of today the floor is still the only option for families.

We are not from the area and stopped in for dinner. We were not expecting to order at the counter, so we let people go ahead of us to check out the menu a little more. The cashier was a little impatient with us and even rolled their eyes as they looked away in annoyance. The smash burgers were all very tasty, but the sweet potato fries were old tasting and not hot.
