Reviews
Second, the atmosphere, the washroom is so old like the garbage cans for disposal are very rusty.
Third, the food is not good at all, some of the noodles are stick together not even cooked properly.
Overall, not recommended and will not come again.
Dough Zone has become our regular favorite when we’re craving flavorful Chinese food without the wait. The service is fast, the food is consistently good, and the prices are super reasonable — a winning combo!
What We Tried:
Dan Dan Noodles, Pork & Shrimp Potstickers, Green Onion Noodles, Pork Wontons in Hot & Sour Sauce, Green Onion Pancake, Vegetable Potstickers
Verdict:
Must-Try:
• Dan Dan Noodles – rich, spicy, and full of flavor
• Pork & Shrimp Potstickers – juicy and perfectly crispy
Also Worth Trying:
• Pork Wontons in Hot & Sour Sauce – comforting and flavorful
• Vegetable Potstickers – surprisingly delicious, especially for a vegan-friendly option
Just Okay:
• Green Onion Noodles – decent, but nothing special
• Green Onion Pancake – a hit or miss; can probably skip this one
✨ What Makes It Stand Out:
The vegan options are just as tasty as the meat dishes — something you rarely find at Chinese restaurants!
The service is quick, and while the ambience isn’t anything fancy, the focus here is clearly on delivering great food at affordable prices — and they do that really well.
Overall:
A reliable and tasty option for casual Chinese dining. Great for a quick lunch or an easy dinner fix. Highly recommend the Dan Dan noodles and potstickers!
Parking was tight in the front lot but we got lucky. Checked in on the tablet at the front. Lo and behold, you need the yelp app to check your position. Anyway, we got seated in about 10 min
Ordering was easy. Select what you want on a piece of paper and done. We ordered all 3 soup dumplings, some regular dumplings, a special crepe and the spicy beef pancake.
Food comes out as it’s ready so our last item came when everything else was finished.
The soup dumplings were mostly wrinkled and soupless ( I know that’s not a real word but felt appropriate here)
The special crepe was so so
The beef pancake was the only item that was good.
I’ll probably forget all about the experience and go again in a year. Maybe I’ll have a better experience that time.
The bubble tea isn’t very good here. At least compared to the ones we’ve tried elsewhere. The bubbles are mushy. My wife says it’s because it’s a different style. I didn’t like it.
