Stopped in here for dinner while visiting York, had one of the best meals of our entire UK trip. The pizza was delicious and generously portioned. The drinks were refreshing. The atmosphere chill, and the staff were really polite and kind. Overall great spot!

Dough eyed is the place to go for pizzas, it’s in my top 3 in the world. The service is incredible. I’ve taken my Cockerpoo a few times and they’ve been incredibly lovely in making sure we have a table out of the way.
We always tend to go for the specials with extra burrata and we’re never disappointed.

Great location and very nice atmosphere inside. The pizza dough was the nicest I’ve ever had. They do have vegan options, currently without cheese but the staff said that it is just a provider change so unable to stock vegan cheese until March. Even without the cheese though pizza was really nice definitely recommend. My friend had a none vegan pizza and said it was amazing. The pesto was amazing.

The best Neapolitan pizza in York for sure – maybe UK. This place sizes up and competes head to head with L’antica da Michele of Naples, and that is a damn good pizza place. Flor di late flavourful and fresh, tomato sauce clearly house made from scratch, and dough texture consistency and thickness/ thinness perfectly deliberate and masterfully executed. Crust crunchy on the outside and almost mochi-like within. Perfection – Must drop by.

We went in on Sunday 7th December the staff are amazing the smell is out of this world the food is unbelievable we had the salami pizza for the kids and me and my partner had the lasagne pizza this was absolutely amazing it was so so nice we have been before when visiting York and we will come again just wish they were closer to us in Cheshire. We also tried the Cherry beer and the coffee lemonade, the cherry is lovely tangy and sour the Coffee lemonade is out of this world amazing Thanks Guys food was superb as normal 100% recommend

We did a search for dog friendly places to have lunch in York. I have to say this is without a doubt the best pizza I have ever had. Hands down 100% my wife had the one with a whole Italian burrata so creamy

Dough Eyed has been our adda for ages as it serves the best pizza in York. We tried Burrata & Pesto and Capricciosa and didn’t regret it. And their newly added Umami Funghi is a no brainer. Not to forget their Tiramisu is one of the best ones we ever had. We loved it so much that Alex even surprised us with a second one on the house. Kudos to him for being such a sweetheart. 5 stars

Great pizza! Nice people and location! Tasty and great dough!
Would do with more cheese, especially the parmesan pizza .. had less thane expected Parmesan on it.. thinking of a dedicated pizza for Parmesan I would expect parts of it to be fully covered.
Another con is this bad nasty trend of fake plants .. trying to improve the ambience but really feels like a plastic dust collector low maintenance rubbish. I hope that trends dies soon.
