We went to Dough Brothers based off a recommendation. We tried the pan pizza, as it was recommended when I asked about what type of pizza was good besides the thin. We got Canadian bacon, bacon, onion, and garlic. Unfortunately nothing stood out about the pie. It was pretty mediocre and a little overcooked/dry. I heard their sauce was to rave about but there wasn’t much on there.(16” pie) we paid 38 dollars and some change to add 4 toppings and they were very sparse, and kind of cheap with how much they gave us on the pizza, not to be rude. The way the pizza was cooked I would say is pretty much spot on for a pan, cheese all the way out to the edge. We love that! What we don’t love is when that cheese is black and burnt and not dark brown and crispy.. I don’t know if I just got one too well done? I’d go back just to see if this was a flop, but I would not get a pan again. And I would definitely save the extra money on ingredients added. Maybe just get a single topping. 40 dollars for this is kinda nuts, but we gave em a try! ALSO: If you’re expecting the garlic butter sauce to taste like what you’re thinking I would probably skip it. It’s just melted table butter with some extra spices added to it. Most of the flavor is on the bottom of the cup, first 1/2 inch in the cup is flavorless oil from the melted better.

The pizza is consistently some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. Normally, I only get what the kids like, but got some individual pizzas this past weekend, and damn; the ingredients were stellar. There’s no shortage of selection on the menu, and everything I’ve had is awesome. Beer nuggets are great!! It’s definitely worth every cent.
Do yourself a favor; get a bigger size than you need, and then air-fry the leftovers later!

We ordered tonight and I just wanted to let the owner/ manager know how great our pizza was! We like really thin pizza, well done and crispy. I ordered pepperoni, sausage and onion “extra thin and well done” and we got exactly what we wanted! AND it arrived in only 45 mins, even though we were quoted a longer time. There pepperoni on top was a plus, as it got a little charred and crispy too. Nice work, Dough Brothers!

We grabbed pizza for pickup so I didnt pay much attention to the interior. But the pizza was delicious. We are new to the area and it by far exceeds Pizza Villa and Pizza Pros in Dekalb. I love that they had a make your own specialty pizza. We did a sausage, fresh garlic, green peppers, black olive and fresh basil. We also grabbed an order of garlic cheese sticks. We got a 14 inch for both and I would say the pizza alone could feed 4 people maybe 5 if you got a side with it like the cheese sticks.

Dough Brothers pizza in Cortland is horrible!!!!!! I call direct to the store to order. They tell me 90-105 minutes for delivery. I ask how long for pick up and they say 45. I order and show up 53 minutes later. They still haven’t even put my order in the oven and tell me 25-30 minutes more.
Horrible.. So much for trying something different. I’ll stick with Sam’s in Sycamore and never order from here again!
Do better. Im aware you most likely don’t care about the post or the level of service to the customers, since you are the only place in town.

The salad was incredibly fresh. They also have a pickle pizza with bacon, which was fantastic. Additionally, their garbage pizza was equally delicious, with everything being fresh and flavorful. The pizza toppings were particularly noteworthy for their freshness.

We tried the Philly cheese steak pizza & the Carmel apple dessert pizza tonight. The Philly cheese steak pizza was great! Loved that the pepper and onions were cooked perfect. The crust supported the ample amount of toppings. The mix of cheese hit the spot! Would definitely order again. Same for the dessert pizza! The Carmel apple was perfect for this fall day. Definitely will be back! Thanks again!

Went to Whiskey Acres and ordered for delivery because you are in the radius for delivery. You gave someone else our order. It’s been hours since I’ve eaten and was so looking forward to some good pizza and dough nuggets (because your Whiskey Acres pals recommended you….) and then I got no food. You need a better system to VERIFY an order because clearly whatever you’re doing isn’t working. Soooo….thanks for nothing.
