First time here and I didn’t know that their chicken tenders are essentially whole chicken breasts! A pleasant surprise indeed. They were hot, fresh, crunchy, & juicy. They provided several dipping sauces & chilies upon request. Customer service was excellent!

Saturday 12/27/25 Dinner at Doublz. Ordered the 2 classic burgers combo with fries and a drink. Great tasting burgers and fries. Provided lots of fries good for 2 people. Classic burgers were a bit small. Menu has lots of selections. I will be going back to try their burritos next.

been coming here for years now never had an issue before until today I ordered a Philly chicken with extra cheese and bell pepper. When I got it they gave me 2 cold pieces of cheese on top of the sandwich and then proceeded to say that the order has to be ordered as “well done” and “that they don’t have a machine or melt it”? Whenever I have ordered this before they would melt/cook the cheese with the rest of the ingredients.

A coworker referred me here for their famous cold cut fries. They’re awesome and big portions too. No charge for extra seasoning. I’ll be coming back to try other items. Can’t go wrong with a large order of fries for $5.50!

This is the last time I go to this place. Location is so dirty, inside and out. They’ve been messing up my order lately. I ordered a Quesadilla and for some reason it came with a side of Extra oil !!! Quesadilla was soaking in grease, fries had been refried to warm them up again, they were shiny from all the oil they soaked up.
I have been calling for 4 days and manager Martin has no professionalism, they always say hes really busy, never answers calls or does anything about it. All they say is we will take your message and he will call back and never does.
Hopefully he sees this here maybe then he’ll refund my money. They want me to go in when the man is not busy like if I didn’t have a busy schedule too!!

Employees need to concentrate more on Customer Service than talking about Personal Problems and Private stuff, there’s a short man with glasses who’ve I’ve told many times before that I don’t appreciate Him trying to get to comfortable with asking Me questions about My Personal Life.. and flirting, that isn’t right… As a Former Assistant Manager for a Food Chain, I know what’s permitted and what’s Not.. Employees need to keep foul language away from the establishment.

horrible restaurant!! Horrible service !! Horrible point system!!! I am or used to be w regular customer the food was why I kept giving this place a chance but it seems they never improve anything the young females they seem to hire are all snotty and half the time dont even look like they are happy to be there they have no customer service at all!! And its clear they were only hired on looks alone!! I hate that the pint system they have never even works either !! They’ll keep asking for my phone number and it’ll always be some kind of issue they give a check in code that almost always never works !! I am no longer giving my money or time to this establishment and I will no longer recommend this place if anything this place deserves 0 stars!! The owner needs to stop hiring pretty faces and hire people who know how to treat s customer!!
