Went here for a lunch special, which was a slice of pizza and a drink. Was initially disappointed because I think pizza by the slice should come from a 20” pizza, Dave’s does 18”. But was pleased that the special includes any of the specialty pizza orders. I got the works and the one slice was adequate portion-wise and taste-wise. Very good! I mentioned it was my first time in when ordering and they brought me some free rolls and ranch when bringing my order out. Don’t think everyone should expect this but it shows they have thoughtful customer service and good employees.

We got the sweet potato pie, the cinnamon bread, and a medium pizza. The sweet potato pie was tasty but mostly just a way to get melted marshmallow into your mouth. The cinnamon bread was and nice but, just sugar so not something that you should get as a meal. The pizza itself was the same quality of just being ok. If you want to try simple fix this place is great, if you want to get a good amount of food for a good price, this night but be the best place, if you want high quality food, definitely skip this place.

This place is a really nice pizza joint. The owner is phenomenal, has a heart of gold. I like how inviting the places, the colors the aesthetics draws you in. It’s a good Friendly, family atmosphere and the foods pretty good. Bravo

So for starters this place threw me for a loop. I was by it the other day, and laughed thinking we basically got another Chicago pizza across the street. I was surprised when I walked in and this place felt like it was dedicated to pizza. Counter and kitchen right in your face when you walk in. You have a mini bar with stools and like 5 tables with chairs. I was expecting something like a Chilli’s of pizza, but was pleasantly surprised.
Then the pricing. Look, my hungry self got the special for Saturday which was a large Stromboli for $13 (worth $21 without the deal). Then I ventured off to see what else they offered and was maybe getting one more item at this point. I ended up with their monthly special pizza for $13, and a strawberry pizza for $8. My total came out to $37 after taxes and with pickup. Let me just say every nite was thinking “Yeah, this is my new go to pizza spot”. The price for all of this was amazing compared to the chain spots.
Lastly the staff were awesome. I didn’t expect to have the door opened for me, and have a friendly conversation while the pizza slicer and myself kept giving each other glaces with nods of approval when they were slicing all of it up.
This place is the real deal.

Really good food with fun, bright atmosphere and great music.
Pizza rolls were good, but elevated to great when dipped in ranch dressing.
Ordered the Meateter on thick crust. Crust was nice and crunchy. Lots of toppings too.

I’m slightly addicted to the peproni rolls. I love how tasty they are and easy to eat on the go. The pizza of the month is a fun way to try new creative pizzas and shake up the routine.

Couldn’t be happier to have a Double Dave’s in the Springs. Grew up in Bryan/ College Station where these guys started and everything taste just as good! First time getting their pepperoni rolls at this location took me back 20+yrs to sneaking off campus for lunch at BHS. The team and owner are great, super friendly. Makes me feel like I’m back home when I walk in those doors to get my order, every time! The only place I get pizza from anymore

Super friendly staff explained the menu and specials available. We ordered pizzas, stromboli, and cheese sticks and all was delicious. Pizzas made in a honey wheat crust which was different and tasty. The stromboli filling was not a personal favorite but was well made and full of filling and cheese. Personally I can just have the cheese sticks and be happy! We will definitely order again and try some of the other options available!

We do Friday night pizza as a family and its nice yo have another spot to throw in the mix that isn’t either of the big 3 chains and also doesn’t cost a fortune to feed a family of 5. The loaded potato pizza was a good, unique pizza. Not a huge place but its clean.
